My pen came without needles. Do u just break it open and take out the cartridge and try to draw from it or can i order needles foe it? Also i was under the impression that it had to be refrigerated before use. Took 6 weeks to get , i am a bit skeptical about it potency if any at all

I did for mine but it was not exactly your brand, I was cautious so as not to contaminate anything and mine was pre mixed and I`m assuming yours is too. Just be careful if you choose to draw it out and keep it sterile and after drawn inject fast within a week of the required amounts. I mean it was ok for me but decide for yourself.

This is sold already in liquid form. Apparently they can be stored at room temperature for 3 weeks after first use (and if not used, they can last till expiration date, which I am assume is +1 year). This is pharma grade HGH with high purity, however, I am skeptical of the fact that it is already pre-mixed since the date of manufacturing. Company Novo Nordisk claim that they have found a way to keep HGH stable at room temp in liquid form. What about any shakiness and any forces were applied to the liquid throughout the whole transport from the manufacturer to the consumer? HGH in liquid form can start to foam if excessive forces are applied, and this damages it. Thoughts on Novo Nordisk`s room-temperature stable liquid HGH?

To be honest I bought the brand name omnitrope pre mixed and had the same thoughts. You may be correct in your way of thinking. Although I use 3iu every other day I`ve only noticed deeper sleep. I`ve been using it for close to two months. Perhaps it is still too early but I`ve not seen any other improvements nor side effects, just deeper sleep after the 3iu shot. I`m wondering if the 3iu has denatured and lost potency and is working more like .5 iu or 1iu? But they do say that hgh takes a few months like 4 months to fully realize benefits so I`m really unsure. Although I do notice more prominent feeling ab muscles near the belly button area but I`m still wondering if it`s all in my mind. I`m skeptical too but I`m still not sure either way. I might try to find out somehow if possible what the possibility is that the premixed brand name hgh is immune to being shaken, but like I said so far I am unsure if it is working fully or if it is too early to tell man.

I don`t mess around with companies claiming they have “found” a new of doing this and that. Go with something that has passed the test of time. Not having to keep it in the fridge is also not massive convenient.

If it`s not broke, dont fix it. Stick with the dry stuff that needs to be mixed still, pens, pharmaceutical grade or generic. I`m not big on the “we found the answer” stuff.

They might found a way to stabilize the structure of hgh it’s only 191amini acids so it’s not that long. Plus there amino curl and bend to produce a 3 dimension structure of its not easy to break or unfolded. My suspect is that they used a salt (ions) to make the structure “tighter”. That said, it’s much safer to store them at cool refrigerated temperature. It can also extend the shelf life. Like our colleagues stated I would go with the true and tried method. Freeze dried then reconstituted with bacterostatic water. In short, is it safe? yes. Will the potency be as good ? maybe hope that helps and good luck my friend!

I’m not a fan of pre-mixed. The stuff too expensive to experiment with. you could never tell if it’s rrally working or not. I use Hygetropin. 3 iu’s A day and the results are amazing when used with 500mg of Test C. My hands feel numb while I sleep which is a common side and actually know it’s working.

This HGH is NOT premixed. The norditropin simplex website say the cartridge must be stored between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius prior to first use. My package of norditropin has been in Turkey since may 21st and I`m assuming its warmer then 8° Celsius. Is my norditropin cartridge going to go bad during the 2-3 weeks it takes to arrive? For $365 plus a $50 HGH shipping fee I expect to get prescription grade HGH but with the amount of time it`s in transit outside of the recommended storage temperature range I fear it going bad before it arrives. Well it is good practice to store all hgh at 8 degrees Celsius. But there not going to go bad in as s little as two weeks I. Transit it more like long term at the wrong temperature it will go bad.

Generally if it is not reconstituted (meaning that it is not yet mixed), then it should hold out well at room temperature for a month or two and perhaps longer. But quite honestly that is the danger with hgh, it can lose it`s potence and sometimes all potency. Big name brands will ship from manufacturing date direct to your door in dry ice. Now again, it`s not mixed yet so it should be OK. But I suggest you ask naps this question because they can reassure you or at least give you more guidance.

Anything that’s has no water in it is fine to be in transit even though it wasn’t at optimum storing temperature. Water acts as a medium for enzymes/bacteria to move around and degrade it(breakdown) the chemical bonds. This is a recombinant proteins so it was lyophilized (freeze dried) in a lab so it has no water in it. So you are good my friend! now if you order Pre-mixed with water in it (medium) then it will be an issue in transit. Then it will need to be shipped in a cold packed or dried ice. But even in solution if the condition was sterile and no enzymes is in the vial it would be fine for a while. The potency might be a little less but I would not worry because this was not the case. When looking at HGH the lab lists mg along with iu. For example grey tops are 4. 37mg and ~14iu but in a 100iu vial. This product says 15mg and 45iu so I am guessing that means it is more potent. So I am assuming the mg is the amount of hGH and the iu is the amount of liquid and when I look at $/mg this product is even cheaper than the grey/black tops. Just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly bc with dosage people say take 1-2iu of the name brand and ~4-6ou of the generic but I am wondering does this mean out of the 100iu bottle or out of the lab listed iu amount per vial. Very confused bc if my math is correct this name brand (and other name brand) products are not that much more than generic and I would rather get these over the generic ones. Just wanted someone who knows to fill me in. Thanks.

Don`t forget there are fillers in both products man. This is where the weight difference is coming from. An iu is a dose of a drug, and wither different amounts of fill with it, will weigh a different amount from different suppliers. The cost is more, but the name brand is a whole level above the tops.

The conversion of mg to IU is very simple, just multiply it by 3. No, mg, which is dry weight of the HGH, is directly correlated with IU. Grey tops is 100 IU for $190 and this is $360 for 45 IU, so this is about x4 more expensive for how much HGH you get, but it is pharma grade. Grey tops are 100 IU total, but they come in 10 vials, this is one 45 IU cartridge.

My understanding is 3iu equals one mg. At least from the research I`ve done so far. But also from my research I can still conclusively and logically state that real brand name hgh (not a copy cat brand name) is far superior to the generics. I`ve heard on YouTube that 10iu of generic is about 2iu of the real deal brand name not to mention the generic degrades to nothing during transport and even before that during storage. Even if the generic hgh was high quality most comes from China and they store it in hot warehouses with no air conditioning where the item degrades to nothing. It takes only 3 days at room temp for growth hormone to become ineffective so I guess it loses potency by 33% per day. Stick with brand names, they ship with dry ice most likely and are stored in air conditioned facilities after manufacture and often shipped right out with dry ice right after manufacture. Just additional advice. Others will claim otherwise but I rather stick with brand name. Why waste money on nothing even if it is 70% cheaper? It`s still money in the toilet. But back to iu vs mg, do a simple internet query. I think 3iu is 1mg.

Mg is weight and iu is a standardized unit of measurement is all. So a mg of 1 drug would be different iu from a different one. You have to look a manufacturers formulary.

Your math is definitely wrong. There is 100iu that comes with each generic hgh kit and good place for you to be pinning is 5ius Ed. You would need 10mls of bac water to mix with the 10vials each vial contain 10ius of hgh when mixed. Your best bet is going to be colored tops generic the most bang for your buck.

Easiest way to go is by ordering a sterile vial and a box of insulin syringes. Some people who are on higher doses of hgh will purchase several of these at the same time. Then after reconstituting it in the mixing device will combine all of the separate units into on larger sterile vial for convenience.
