After pinning hcg you shoukd get your boys full. This is a sign the hcg has mimicked LH to make natural test. Then you are good to start pct. If your boys are not full or show any signs of making natty then you need to continue hcg until you do, then start pct but not with pct! There are 2 strategies to using hcg, 1. pinning hcg twice a week at 250iu or 500iu while you are cycling 2. wait towar the end of your cycle then blast hcg at 1,500iu eod which i do when i m on a long cycle of 20 weeks or more. it takes me about 2-3 weeks to get my boys full then i transistion into pct. Then pct is standard protocol of clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks. Since hcg has mimick LH, Clomid and Nolva will initiate the Hypothalamus to release GnRH to the anterior Pituarity to release LH and FSH which then activate Sertoli cells and Leydig cells to make sperms and testosterone. Why i m telling you this? i want you to look it up since you will run into this situation again and knowing the pathway will help you plan and strath is your cycle and then pct so you can recovery asap to keep your gain. That said, no matter how much gain you have during that long cycle of you don`t get your natty back you WILL lose your gain and that long cycke will be fir nothing or at least tell you it`s better to do short cycles. i hope that`s clear my friend! Everyday my friend! This mean clomid 100mg with nolva 40mg ed fir 2 weeks. Then clomid 50mg with nolva 20mg ED for another 2 weeks. You can keep going to 2 more weeks but usually your natty shoukd be back within 4 weeks. If your natty is not, then you need to find another protocol buddy! Like adding hcg prior to pct. The length of pct depends on how bad your test suppression is. And that depend on length of cycke, types of gear on cycle, and how many gear you’re taking. So in your case with a long cycle you may need to go on a long pct to get your natty back. But you already using hcg so that will assist you on your natty recovery. make sense?

You`ll want to add your pct drugs in 2 weeks after your last injection. The reason for this is, you want to allow your synthetics to run through their half life and exit your body. If there is the presence of a synthetic your system will not return production. I prefer to us gp clomid and nolvadex, if not getting clomid from my dr. You can do hcg at 250 ius eod or 500 ius 2x wk. Two wks before the end of my cycle I always bump hcg up to 750 ius eod for a wk, then 500 ius eod for 10 days, then 250 ius eod for a wk (24 days). This aids pct tremendously. Then start pct with clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20.

Brother your boys moved out and left the country! just joking hahaha If you have time before you start your pct of clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 pin 500iu eod for 4 weeks. but if you don`t have time and are planning to start your pct in 2 weeks then pin 1,500iu eod then transition into pct but not with pct. The goal is to get hcg to mimick LH to bind to LH receptors to make test. Then the serms with take over to trigger your hypothalamus to release GnRH to stimulate the anterior pituitary gland to release both LH and FSH which then made natty and sperms. Since your receptors has bend dormant, getting it back to bind is the tricky part so either you introduce hcg at low dose but longer duration or high dose at short duration. The objective is to get the LH receptors to recognize the mimick ligand of hcg and then native ligand of LH. I usually run a 20 weeks EQ/test cycle and it`s really hard to get my natty back fast enough to not lose any gain so adding hcg before pct shorten the recovery dramatically. i pin 1,500iu eod for a little over 2 weeks then start pct. If you have a sterile vial then you could draw 28ml of bacteriostatic water from the 30ml bacteriostatic sodium chloride bottle you have and discarded it. This will leave you with 2ml of bacteriostatic water. Then take 1ml from the 2ml bact water and reconstitute hcg in the ampuole. Then take reconstituted hcg and transfer back to the 30ml vial. now you will have 10,000iu hcg per 2ml which is the same as 5,000iu per 1ml which is also the same as 500iu per 0.1ml. this is perfect for aliquoting with an insulin syringe which has “10” marking to 0.1ml. The other option is transfer 1ml of bacteriostatic water to the hcg ampuole. Then “cap” it or wrap it with a fresh aluminum foil. For penis size it`s not bigger, but when my balls are fuller I get more frequent erections so in that sense the average size of my cock in a given day is bigger than when not on Hcg. For simple pct you take clomid 50mg a day for 2 weeks, 2nd week drop it to 25mg for 2 weeks. For Nolva you take 40mg a day for 2 weeks and then drop to 20mg a day for the last 2 weeks. So you take both for a total of 3 weeks. And for hcg which everyone will give you a different opinion on you start taking it the last 2 weeks of your cycle think it`s 1000iu`s a week for 2 weeks I can`t remember the exact amount though, most people take it for if your balls shrink some, helps bring them back.

I`m on trt now, but when I would run a pct, I would always lower my test slowly down to about 100mg a week, the run clomid and nolvadex. You can use HCG it brings the testicles back quickly.

I agree with the above saying to take clomid and nolva at dose for two weeks and then cut in half, that`s good info. I don`t think you necessarily have to do both for a test only cycle but it`s not going to hurt you if you do, if anything it would be you making sure you have a sound plan by doing both. Hcg every one will give you a different answer, personally I do 500 iu 3 times a week for 3-4 weeks depending how I feel and it`s always worked fine that way for me.

Start your PCT 14 days after your last injection. Using Clomid and Nolvadex will be fine slowly lowering your dosage towards the end. I agree with the 500ius of HCG 3x`s per week for 3-4 weeks.

hCG not necessary for such short and easy cycle. Never run hCG during PCT either, since hCG by itself is also suppressing your natural hormonal production. Stick with Nolvadex only, or if you want, add Clomid as well, it`s optional for such a short cycle as well.

Hey Aces, first of all you should not add the solution that comes with it. BAC water will last longer but no worries just know for next time. On an insulin syringe, pulling it to 2.5 (out of 100, or 1mL, or 1 cc) will give you 250iu. This is a very very small amount of liquid. You want 2.5/100 mL for 250/10,000 iu. Makes sense. Don`t listen to any other answers that tell you different. DO NOT GO TO THE 25 LINE. That is 1/4 of 10,000 or 2500iu. Thanks for the question.

So each ML equals 10,000iu, which is pretty concentrated. You essentially have to “do the math”, meaning that you need 0.025 of a ml in order to dose 250iu. You may want to consider adding more liquid, as this will be difficult to accurately dose, even with an insulin syringe.

That`s way too little liquid to add. You should add another 3ml into it. Then 10iu`s or 1 on the insulin pin will be equal to 250iu`s. It`s still a very small amount but easyier to guage and measure. Hope that helps.

You can do you own math, then check you math with these calulators just to make sure. That`s what I always do. Also, get bacteriostatic water. You can get a 30ml vial for about $3-$6 online.

Have you heard of Running HCG(250) maybe twice per week and a high level of Zinc (50mg) a day “off cycle” to maximize your testosterone production and ball size? Maybe just restoring test production isn`t enough. I`m 40 and I cycle on and off “Test” and various other test combinations. My test seems to stay/be at 500 when recovered granted I have stayed on HCG through my cycle and off now for over 2 months. My question is have we not addressed all the reasons to use HCG. I used through a cycle, and didn`t use a proper PCT because I felt HCG during and post cycle with minimal AI`s for my estrogen sides were working good. I don`t know how much you really need a “PCT” when you run HCG during and through and past a cycle. I`m recovered fine but I also wonder if I could spike my natural test levels with HCG and Zinc like above 500. Some men my age have natural levels at 900. I`d like that if that were true for me. I’m pretty sure you will still need to PCT if you are on and off testosterone because the HCG is basically a hormone that gets downtegulated just the same as test. So if you think about it taking test is shutting down cells in your testes which make them smaller and taking HCG is telling your body don’t produce any LH which in turn tells your body to make testosterone. So coming off HCG will basically do the same thing coming off testosterone will do, it allows your body to product the pituitary hormones that are precursors to the actual hormone. Without getting into a biology lesson you need to PCT to get your body to produce hormones like normal. Without doing so is sort of like adding fuel to a fire and saying “look the wood is burning on its own.” It may appear to be working on its own but it’s just the fuel you are burning off.

Do clomid for like 4 weeks and you`ll be fine. Or better blast and cruise. Blast is higher doses. Cruise is test between 200mg to 300mg weekly to maintain. Cruising saves tye roller-coaster effect on your endocrine system and preserves better gains. If yiu ever decide to come off completely, run clomid and nolvadex for like 4 or maybe 6 weeks.

Agreed, I would use it last 2 to 3 weeks of your cycle including up to the day of your PCT. at 250 to 500mg 2 or 3 times a weeks… But I would NOT use it during your PCT… Do research and you will find the HCG does play a role on your estrogen levels rising, meaning while doing your PCT and not pinning your trying to keep your levels down so natural test starts back up.. Makes no since to put a substance in you that can raise your estrogen levels while your test is at a all time low.. Just saying…same with being on cycle.. some guys like to use it for whole cycle but I would not… signal gets sent to your pituitary gland to shut down cause you have an abundent amount of test being pinned in ya, so why put a substance thats sending the opposite signal to fire it back up while on cycle.. makes no since to me… anyways thats just me… again use it last few weeks of cycle leading up to PCT then stop when you start PCT… Good luck

Injecting in the delt will be no more effective than injecting anywhere else. With HCG, it will be an insulin needle you use and the side and front delt are the 2 spots to inject. Rear delt is difficult to get a good angle on unless someone else is injecting you. Try for getting the shot into the muscle. If you`re relatively lean, you should have no problem with that.

I’m a Nurse and this is meant to be a subq injection which means beneath the skin. You don’t want to go deep enough that’s its into your muscle. You can realistically inject anywhere so long as it’s below the skin and above the muscle and into the thin layer of fat. This would be a lot easier if you picked a location that had deeper fat deposits like the abdomen or the love handle area. I use 5/16″ 31g needles for HCG and this is the perfect depth. The skin is never more than quarter of an inch thick. But the answer is you can inject there but there are much better places to inject. I’d try a different spot if I were you.

Yes, you can inject it intramuscularly, it won`t change bio-availability, you can Google it. Not sure why you`d want to inject into should though, hCG is about the easiest thing to inject.

Yes, that`s fine. HCG is supposed to be stored in a refrigerator after mixed and should last roughly 3-4 weeks. When it sits at room temperature, it degrades much faster.

So both are right, but it depends on the esters you are using, the quicker the ester, the quicker your HTPA will shut down and the more compounds being used will also affect the rate of shut down so for a basic test only cycle of test c or e there’s no point in starting immediately because it hasnt even started to take full effect the first week so I’d say wait till week 6 cause generally around week 8 you’ll have full shutdown, but if your using test/deca/dbol take it for the duration of the cycle same goes for any quick acting esters such as prop/ace/hex or mixed esters, for best results continue hcg until the day you start pct then run your pct for 4-6 weeks and it will have made a huge difference in recovery without it

You can take it during the cycle. There was a myth about HCG that was way overblown. People thought if they take HCG during the cycle they will desensitize LH receptors and therefore permanently shut down their natural test production. LH(Luteinizing hormone) is a hormone produced by pituitary gland and it basically sends message to testicles to produce testosterone. All you need to maintain your testicles and keep them from atrophy is 250iu twice a week. HCG has been approved by FDA for mega doses(4000iu a week) and taken for months at a time. FDA doesn`t approve something that can potentially lead to castration.

There are multiple reasons why people take during cycle such as fertility and increasing LH but you would have to research the benefits. I take 250 twice a week as prescribed by my trt doc but many who aren’t on trt only take it post cycle. You can really do either. Do the research and decide for yourself but either way you won’t be wrong as long as you dose it appropriately.

I was on steroids 3 years ago and I was recomended by the guy who selled to me that use fertigyn and fertomid after every three mounths xycle to clean my body and start again. I remember he usually gave me to boxes of fertygin that comes with the water and like 10 pills of the fertomid. But I dont remember what was the doses of each one. I am afraid to use to much or too little. I also remember my balls sack when completly back to normal agter these 20 days of cleaning progrees. First you won’t get any negative effects per se using to much hcg besides desensitizing the leydig cells that hcg stimulates, for the use of hcg tho the best protocol to use it, is to use it on cycle either from the beginning of your cycle or 6 weeks into your cycle at 250iu twice a week. This is because the use of hcg for our purposes is to restart your testicular-pituitary axis that is shut down due to the use of anabolics, if you use hcg while on cycle you don’t have to restart the testes they will continue to operate at normal functioning, imagine your testes as a Diesel engine it’s easier to keep the engine going then to have to restart the engine after it shuts off/runs out of fuel

You don`t use hCG during PCT, you use it during cycle and end it 4-5 days before the start of your PCT. As for your Clomid PCT, you should switch to Nolvadex as it has better side effect profile and works just as fine, especially if you are doing a simple cycle (which I would assume you are). hCG 250-500 IU 2-3 times per week for last 4-6 weeks of your cycle. Nolvadex 40 mg/day for first 2 weeks, 20 mg/day for the next 2-4 weeks. Clomid you may include at the beginning of PCT, first 2 weeks at 50 mg/day for 25 mg/day.

You definitely want to take 200-250iu of HcG every 3-4 days, I take 250iu every four days to keep my levels on point. I would begin this about a week into your cycle or even ten days and when you are completing your cycle you want to end your HcG at the last dose of Testosterone or about a week before it clears out of your system. As for the Flomid you want to take this after your cycle if finished. Most people think you only need HcG after your cycle but this is wrong. HcG will tell your testes to continue producing testosterone while the testosterone you are injecting will make your body think it is already producing enough, which makes your testes stop producing. By never “shutting down” your natural production you will never have to start them up again. Just allow them to stay normal the centers cycle and you will have much better results, especially during your PCT. You want to make sure during your PCT your estrogen-testosterone levels stay in proportion so listen to your body and watch your side effects and consider getting blood work done while in post-cycle. On cycle you will pretty much know your levels because you are putting them in your body but after you want to get blood work to really know where you’re at.

hCG does indeed come in an ampule, and so does the saline water. So you get 2 ampules. It isn`t meant to be stored, since ampules are used for single injection, which is what this is made for. You need to buy bacteriostatic water separately (in a rubber multidose vial). You inject your bac water into the broken ampule with powder, you then withdraw the now diluted mixture of hCG and put it back into your multidose bac water. Store in fridge after that.

You can split ampoules dosage, for example, you need only 0. 5ml and ampoule is 1ml, so that 0. 5 leftover goes to your syringe, and just wait for the nex injection. But make sure sterilize it before second use. You can just wipe it with alcohol

Not sure if muscle pop answered your question. Fertigyn brand definitely comes with a small bacteriostatic water vial. I have one in my refrigerator right now haha. The math is pretty easy but for the 10,000 IU kit when you add the single milliliter that they give you. 10 ticks on an insulin syringe is 1000 units.

Yeah but you are going to have 1000iu per 1/10ml. In another words, 1/10 cc mistake and you will get an extra 1000iu of HCG. I would add 4ml of bac water so there will be 2000iu per ml.

I always buy this exact hCG. You will get 2 ampules, 1 with the powder, and other one with saline solution (1mL). You need to buy bacteriostatic water yourself, as this product is meant for single injection only. I am afraid Lav3ga is wrong, this product does not come with a bacteriostatic water, nor does it come with multi-dose vial (it comes as saline inside an ampule, like already mentioned).

The only reason to buy bac water is if you want to further dilute the solution to get a smaller accurate dose, with 1ml of saline every 10 units will be 1000iu. Remember this comes in a ampule so if you want to use this for multi dose you’ll need sterile vial or buy another hcg product

Ok man think of it like this. You bought 10,000iu total, so if you want 250 iu in each pin you should get 40 pins total. (10,000/250). So now just add a known amount of water to the vial and divide it by 40. That is the number of mls you want to draw in each syringe. I would try to get 2ml in there so it`s easier to dose, but that might not fit in the vial. If you can fit 2ml in there then your looking to pull to the “5iu” line on a slin pin.

Thankfully you understand how to use this product, now the math is the easy part. This product comes with 1ml of solution per 10,000iu of hcg now you can add more bac water for easier measurement if you’d like but at 1ml of solution you would draw to 2. 5 units on an insulin syringe if you were to have 2ml of bac water then obviously you’d draw to the 5 unit line like previously stated. And remember the iu dosage dose not correlate to the unit mark on the syringe, so the ppl that say the 1iu line means the 1 unit mark or notch on the syringe. Since this product comes in an ampule, after reconstitution you could transfer to an empty steril vial for storage in the fridge.

When you reconstitute, make a note of the amount of water that your added, and “do the math” to arrive at the desired dosage. You get a multi-dose vial with bacteriostatic water. You first inject small amount of BAC water into the hCG crystals, wait for it to dissolve completely (DO NOT MIX OR SHAKE IT, it`s very sensitive, let it dissolve on it`s own), then you draw this solution back into syringe and put into your multi-dose BAC vial. Assuming this vial has 10 mL BAC, you now have a solution of 1000 IU/mL. For 250 IU, simply withdraw till 25 unit mark on your 1 mL syringe needle and inject subcutaneuously Make sure to store your vial in fridge! Stop using about 4-5 days before the start of your PCT (you`r last injection should be 4-5 days before PCT). The solution that comes with this kit isn`t BAC water, so you need to buy BAC water on your own. There are plenty of sources of it, incl. Amazon.

Depending on the length of the cycle you`re using this in conjunction with you`ll want to use your HCG towards the middle to end. But not in post cycle therapy. For example, if you`re running a 12 or 16 week cycle, you`d use the HCG for the last 4 to 6 weeks of it. 250 to 500iu per week is about where you`ll want to he. But pay attention to how you feel, some people are sensitive to HCG and see estrogen related side effects from too high of a dose.

The best way in my opinion is to use throughout your cycle for 10wks at 500iu 2x a wk for 10wks right up until you begin your pct medications. Meaning even the 2 wks after your last testosterone injection you use the HCG then discontinue once you start your nolvadex and clomiphene.Another way to take it is the blast you can use it during the 2wk after your last testosterone injection. First injection is 5000iu 5 days later 2500iu 5 days later 2500iu then begin your PCT.That`s 2 different ways of taking HCG to help with PCT.
