Bros the amp math is throwing me off, for 500mg a wk cycle(pin twice) if my math is correct, that will be 2 amps a week to equal 500?thanks

Yes man, if each amp is 250mg then you`ll need to use 2 of those a week for 500mg of test a week. By the way just a little tip for opening the amps, wear gloves. It`s so much easier and safer to use bro, good luck man.

Yes exactly. Each ampule has 250mg per ml, so two are equal to 500mg per 2ml, therefore you can inject on separate days.

I have the same ampoules fir a raining day back up! All 50 of them! haha pin a few in past cycke and they are legit. So each ampoules contain 1ml of sustanon at 250mg per ml. Therefore you need 2 ampoules to get 500mg of sustanon. That`s 2ml you will draw up on your syringe. Make sure you swap the pin after you draw because i would normal tilt the ampoules and stick my needle at the bottom of the ampoule to draw as much oil out as possible. After doing this twice my needle will be dull and i like a fresh sharp needle to stick my ass! 🙂 BM ampoules are very easy to snap off with clean break so they are gtg compare to other lab ampoules. Yes each amp holds 1ml of dust, each ml is 250 MGS. So either a 10ml vial or 10 1ml amps you get 2500 MGS of sustanon.

My first cycle was 500 mg of testosterone pw. My second cycle was 750 mg of testosterone pw. I had great results both times. As you have aborted your first cycle, I suggest 500 mg of testosterone pw. Good luck!

I`m currently 5 weeks in to a low dose test e cycle. Taking 150ml twice a week. I got ahold of so sust and was thinking about running it to finish out my remaining 7 weeks. Because I have some liver problems I try to run as low a dose as possible and have heard sust is more effective at a low dose than test e. Anybody care to weigh in?

Everyone reacts different, but sust is designed to provide you with steady levels from out the gate. Because your already on test e and by the time you start the sust I`m not sure you`ll really notice a difference from the short acting esters. It may not hurt to try though and at those doses you`ll be fine either way I would think. If the sust gives you more energy in the gym and your able to lift harder than by all means continue. Just remember it also has longer acting testers so will take a little longer to clear your body completely. Best of luck mate.

i personally like to swole on the low. Less side and less complication later on in life. If you can get away with low dose then do it. I dont think that is being cheap at all. Low test mean low Estrogen bounce and less AI you have to take. just gotta keep diet on point

You can. lots of people get confused with sust, i remeber when it first came on the scene the original, the big selling point was once a week dosing. People think because it has test P in it that it must be dosed every other day but it`s not about the levels of test P per say its about total test. the test P just gives it a pop. Maxtreme has a product called sust non ten or something but read the write up and it explains this quite well. someone in your situation should prob avoid aas altogether but im no ones mom, in lieu of that keep the doses low and spread out as best as you can, with sust you may even be able to go every ten days. i do every 5-7 and my levels are always spot on. read that and good luck

I don`t think deca can help that being that you have a tendon issue try some osterine or mk 677 and you can still run your cycle because those will help with the healing process

Sustanon is Testosterone. It`s just a blend of 4 different esters. It`s going to have the same effect on your liver as the Enanthate your taking now. However, even if you dose the same, your body may react better to the blend and produce better growth. It all comes down to your genetics. However, it will not change the toxicity to the liver.

Well if you did your PCT correct it will take time for normal test back to normal range and that would cause low in energy. However, doing AAS does hurt your body in the long run so run low and if you are at age of TRT then just go for it. You`ll amaze how it will work out for you.

It definitely gets different as we age. We won`t feel the same kick or energy we had when we were younger. That`s the price to pay for starting AAS at a younger age. If you start at 40, you will have the same kick and boost as a newbie. It just comes with the territory. I`m mid 40`s and TRT to accept the fact that I won`t feel like o did when I was 30.

I have personally not ever had any shipping issues and ordered a lot. It arrived in 3 weeks or less and sometimes like 2 weeks. It was accurate each time. I`m not sure why this post is saying this. I`ve never had issues ordering from 24roids.

1. Try to put together a coherent question. You`re all over the place. You spent more time telling who you don`t want to answer than you spent telling us the problem. 2. Sust is not the best for TRT, but since you have it, might as well stick with it. 3. You did not state what your weekly desired dose would be. But with Sust 250 assuming it`s the traditional mix of Sust, I would start pinning it at 0.2ml twice a week split 3.5 days apart for the best blood distro. Blends tend to be better every other day, but such a low dose won`t matter much. 0.2ml twice a week will give you 100mg per week. Spend about a month there and then get bloods. Start low then increase as needed. If you need more, bump it to 0.3ml for 2-3 weeks and reevaluate.

I use sustanon 350 or blend 350 now from dragon pharma and YES, I use it for TRT and while running a full cycle. The advice you are getting is for the most part good advice. It`s just that everyone is different when using gear. The safest and most solid advice which I`m sure you have seen as an answer already is to pin every 5 to 7 days. The amount is going to be up to you. Yes, 91 for test levels are low, but it depends on where you are wanting to get your levels to. TRT dose is generally very low, I`ve from a Dr. Been put on test cyp for 75mg a week up to 150mg a week. There is no set test level number by age, its called optimal levels. If your levels are 91, my safe and personal experience advice is to pin .5cc every 5 to 7 days. And this is only because your test levels are 91 which sounds low as shit to me to the point I would actually think you experienced with gear before and screwed up your natural testosterone levels. But to be that low I know sucks mentally for you and this is why I`m giving you this long of an answer hoping you see I`m trying to give you personal experience advice with trt. Good luck man.

So I`ve used sustanon prob 6 times. I also used it on my first cycle. I did 250/500/750/500/250/250 because I only had 1 10mL vial. If i could do it over I would`ve done 500 instead of 750. For a first cycle it got me huge but I got funk and every other side effect. I took each shot on Monday morning. Now that I`m older my last cycle (last month) consisted of 250mg (1mL) every 3 days. It gave me consistent blood levels without a lot of sides. Then at the end I switched over to test Prop 50mg a day for a month to taper off the Sust. Then started PCT. That way I`m not taking PCT with the longer esters still in my system long after PCT is done. I love sustaining but it does give a bit of water weight as well and I get more sides opposed to propionate. Don`t expect to start seeing results until about week 2 or 3.

I personally like sustanon for try due to it`s time released eaters and prevention of highs and lows so I`m not sure why cyp or enth is being advised? But to each his own. I`d suggest 250mg weekly for trt but honestly 350mg weekly is better for me. There is no exact range of test but yours is 91 and it is low, I`d say use an amount where your levels go around 700 man whatever amount that takes. Everybody is different you know??

While sust is used for trt in places like Europe and Australia, they are also using test undecanoate to, which has a half life of 30 days. But If you are going to be using sust for TRT or HRT, then using it once in a week or once in two weeks doesn’t seem to be ideal, as fluctuating test levels can often worsen the very symptoms that you are trying to alleviate. Moreover, you are using four different esters, which are as good as four different compounds.Dialing down the ideal E2 levels for each one of these compounds is a challenge that most first timers aren’t up to. Guess what provides stable test levels a lot easier? Test Cyp or Test Enanthate. The easiest way is to split the dose and divide it into three pins a week. This way, you get a smaller dose with each pin which prevents the sudden Test spike and crash. Instead, you have steady levels of the fast acting esters once every two days. This helps to maintain stable testosterone levels and reduce most of the symptoms that are associated with the fluctuating hormones.

Your test must show fluctuating levels and suspect you`re using aas. It is unethical for him not to treat an issue or refer you out. Must gps dont and are uncomfortable prescribing test, and immediately refer you to an endocrinologist. You should ask to be referred out. Even he will want to protect your fertility and put you on clomid and hcg first.

You`ve never done test before but looking to do a blast for trt? This dose is considered abuse, and excessive to medical use. This is will greatly elevate your test levels, come with mild side affects, suppress your natural production and crash your levels when you stop, because you will stop, because this will put you at some health risk over time. People, (myself, do 500-750 for 10-16 weeks, go down to 1-200 for 6 weeks to 3 months then elevate again. If you`ve presented this plan to a dr he would definitely not agree to prescribing you test. Get a bottle pa sust 250, pin .80 ml once a week.

Having lower T doesn`t mean you need more test to make up for it. Start with 0.5 ML a week….no more no less. That equals 125 mgs a week then get checked after 5 weeks…..blood work should be done three days after injection….friday pin and Monday bloodwork. Dont just guess and go 250 a week bro science… you can have lots of health complications by guessing on your dose. Start low…..get it checked and make adjustments

Definitely pump the brakes and do some research. You`re going to want to start low and work your way higher. Understand what you`re putting into your body, how you need to eat correctly and not over do it. Maybe try a different Urologist.

Ok I seen you posted twice and your question is about TRT. Don`t listen to the guys saying take 500mg a week. That`s way to much for TRT. I am on trt from a doctor. Anything more than 200mg is basically a mini cycle. Start with a 1/4 pin, twice a week. That`s 125mg. After 6-8 weeks get blood work at a private lab to see where your test levels are. It`s cheap and easy. If you are in the 600-700 range that`s a good place to be. If it`s low, you can try going .4 of a CC…. Ideally for trt you want blood work to stay under 1000… Anything higher gets into cycle territory. Also, once you start trt it`s basically for life…. So hope you`re ok with that. I`ve been on doc approved trt for 3 years.

If you are going to go on TRT then your best bet is test C or E. It has a longer releasing ester and you can do only a single pin per week. I use test C when I am on cruise. Also everything on 24roids is legit. No worries on it being some bunk gear from any brand you order on here. Good luck

I get your concern man, but trust me, 24roids has always come through with every order, over 15 so far. As for legitimacy, I mainly deal with Dragon, Geneza, and recently Aster pharma. I can tell you from blood work that both Dragon and Geneza pharma are good to go. I consistently use DP sust 350 or 350 blend now and my test levels have been >1500 each time, hell I even lowered my dose and it came back the same.

It is good quality gear and the amps are nothing more or less special to hen any other amps. I have a small plastic device that came with my roid test kit for opening amps that helps a lot. I believe you can find them on Amazon. It slips over the top and holds the cap in place while it breaks and stays inside as to keep your fingers from touching the glass. Best of luck mate.

Ok guys, I`ve decided to have him just see the doctor. However can he just mention chest tightness without saying he took sustanon 250 (sustaviron)? I mean if something is up, the doc should know regardless of whether he knows about the injection or not right? Otherwise lol how do you tell the doc you bought testosterone online, then even though it`s legitimate the doctor “thinks” it being “fake” caused this, lol and you wind up getting the wrong diagnosis altogether you know? So, how should i have my friend proceed, i guess by just tell the doc regarding his chest tightness that he feels a couple times per week without bringing up the testosterone shot, and take it from there…?? Opinions guys? /suggestions??

You can start out not mentioning it and see how it goes, but it wouldn`t hurt to say something. However if it`s been a few days since injection it`s probably not gear related. They will do blood work for sure and when they do you can ask them to check levels and if test is crazy elevated then of course tell the truth. Just say some guy at the gym blablabla no reason to put 24roids on blast you known what I mean. If your friend has been taking any kind of preworkout that`s what you need to talk about or any kind of pills any kind at all even over the counter be sure to say something and make sure he has stopped taking everything at this time. We choose to take this path but when something goes wrong, one needs to be completely honest with a dr. Bottom line, be open and get the help he needs..

There`s no sense seeing a dr if he`s not going to tell him the truth. He should just say he got the testosterone (don`t say Sustanon specifically) from a friend that`s on a doctor`s subscription of TRT. That way the quality of the compound will not be in question because the Dr will think it`s Pharmaceutical. Then the doctor has all the information he needs to make a proper diagnosis.

Well, I mean, my brain works very logically and practically. There is two options. Tell the Doc. Don`t tell the Doc. I don`t think it`s a big deal. If someone took a whole bunch of cocaine and was having a heart attack, trust me, the docs wouldn`t care about the coke, only saving the man from death. Your situation is about 100x less extreme than my example. Tell your friend to either, stop being a baby, and stop imagining chest tightness, OR stop being a baby, and go tell the Doc.

When it comes to that stuff, it`s best just to tell the dr what your taking and be honest right off rip. Why hide it and make him think it`s something else all together. You don`t need to tell him where you got it at all either. Tell him what your taking and the amount, I`ve told my drs before and had no issues.

Guys I`m back again, I`d appreciate any more advice. My same friend said although he felt less pip from this sustaviron shot in his side delt, that he felt chest pain tightness again after about 3 days into the last injection, and by the way this is just his 2nd injection so far ever. I never felt this. Is this an allergic response to the ba or bb in the solution or what?e allergy I read about a rare thing called pulmonary embolism where oil gets in the vein etc and rarely can be fatal, is this true, if so why 3 days after the shot?? He is paranoid in general but says upon swallowing he feels chest tightness of 25-30 on a scale of 100. To me it`s ridiculous but can this be a mere allergy, does it go away, what can it be if he`s not overblowing his paranoia? Damn guy is so scared again, either he`s a nut (he is generally) or it`s rubbing off on me and i don`t want something bad to happen to him, so now I`ll leave it all up to you guys (thanks)!!

I think he will be ok but best to go to a dcotor just in case, it could be a reaction to the carrier oil or it could be in his mind, if some gets in the vein you will not die. be safe

Well it is a testosterone mix that`s supposed to maintain levels consistently over time due to the different nature of the testosterone delivery. In 3 days time it is possible that one or more of the compounds may have created an abscess. He may want to go to the doctor, since my doctor knows I`m on gear he makes sure I have antibiotics/penicillin on hand and what to look for and treatment amounts and lengths. Abscess are a typical issue with injections because of the Ingredients that any injection is cut with. Plenty of water intake is crucial! It can help prevent this along with the following:Always check the expiration dates on ALL gear and meds, always be careful to prime the needle prior to injection to ensure you have not entered a blood vessel or vein, and most of all cleanliness and sanitation… I can`t emphasize this enough alcohol wipe the site, the bottle before and after each with its own NEW wipe they are cheap on amazon!

If you hit a vein you would know instantly..for sure..always pull back plunger before pushing, It`s that simple and common sence practice..now that`s solved you are scaring yourself into beleaving something`s wrong.multiester test can hurt for days after injections.no delt or quad since you are a newbie..top outer glute.check a IM chart and go 1inch in and rotate sides.you will be fine.if it hurts then after a few times it goes away.just keep doses as scheduled and man up,deal with the pain.nonpain no gain.you want to run gear with the big boys ,this is the cost,do t like it,don`t inject stuff Into the body

He`s literally paranoid! In my 20+ years of injecting myself in my side delts, I have never once injected into a vein or had any injection related issues. If you properly clean the top of vial, site for injection and use a fresh pin, the after injection; pull the plunger outwards to be sure your in muscle and not a blood vessel, then your, or he`s fine. Personally I`d be very weary of helping him anymore because I feel it`s just going to come back on you if something should ever happen due to his paranoia.

I have a very uptight friend who gets manipulated very easily by the anti-steroid media. I had him try a tiny sustanon 250 shot per week. He claims he feels tightness in his chest from this sustanon 250 shot and thinks he`ll have a heart attack. Yes he is nuts. But is there any way a testosterone shot could cause some reaction and tightness in the chest the day after the shot, or is this just something else and all in his head??

I think it`s in his head or there is somthing else going on. If you accidentally inject near a vien and some goes in there can be a negative reaction that could cuase that maybe but more then likely it`s in his head. If symptoms dont go away I d see a doctor

I’m gonna say it’s in his head. Sust is a combination of long and short esters so the day after he’s not even getting the full effect of the shot. There is always that 2 in a million that could have an allergy to something i guess but if he’s still alive I’m gonna say he’s paranoid.

Test increase your metabolism among other things. It def increase blood cell and volume which in turn increase blood pressure. It could then excaburate your BP if you have elevated cholesterol and is out of shape. But not one shot of test. Using test can caused cardiac arrest if you don`t monitor your blood closely. Hope that makes sense. Did he say this after one shot or several shots of pin like you stated ( that`s what I take out of your question).

The sust will stay in your system like 2 weeks after cycle while the car will clear out in a few days. So if your cycle is 12 weeks you could take the var for weeks 9-13 and start the pct around week 14.

Not advisable to do 2 orals in a cycle man, especially how ridiculously toxic s.drol is….Personally I think the negative sides of s.drol completely outweigh the positives…Kind of interesting you wont run EQ because of prolactin/gyno (which you can control pretty easy) but you would run 2 orals in one cycle and deal with the liver toxicity..just my 2 cents. I would rethink this out…plus we have no idea what you would dose sdrol or anavar at. Good luck and be safe

You didn`t mention how much Superdrol and Anavar you are planning to take but to be safe get a blood work done a month after 4 weeks of Superdrol to check your liver enzymes. If they are back to normal you can take Var since its pretty mild on the liver.

Low testosterone is hell. Start with Endocrinology (from endocrine + -ology) to know your base hormones. Don`t guess as many factors are at play here such as competing corasol and or low magnesium. Hormonal axes that regulate testosterone levels and cortisol levels are antagonistic. Hormone precursors decrease with age and are non-prescription hormones such as pregnenolone, DHEA and 7-KETO-DHEA. . Keep asking questions. HCG and Hexarlin here are an option too.

First of all you have to do blood test to check you testosterone level. If you had before high level of test and now you hav low test you will feel differently with the same amount of test you inject .

Go get yourself some blood work done to see where your at. Seems strange that you wouldnt feel anything from the sust since you havent taken any in years and your receptors are wide open to anything. I doubt you have bunk gear as 24roids is top quality. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

Steroids, in general, do not provide an increase in adrenaline. So that rush you felt 10 years ago was a psychological reaction to sticking yourself with a needle, knowing your going to get stronger in the gym and bigger in the mirror. Your body produced that reaction, not the Sustanon. But now that you’re older and smarter, that reaction no longer occurs.

Glass amps can vary a little by manufacturer but if they contain a full 1 ml then no big deal, an alternative method to amp openers is to put the open end of a syringe onto the tip of the amp and that creates a makeshift amp opener, just use the syringe as a lever and snap downwards, or popping them by hand works too but try not to cut yourself in the process.

The glass one is just big enough to fit 1 ml vs the pharm grade that is pretty big. My doc prescribed 1ml bottles are way way bigger

Amps comes in different sizes. Try breaking them with your thumb. I have had these before and amps are really fragile and instead of the top the whole ampule can be crushed in your hand.

How much did you inject? If you injected a lot right away, then I`d say you did something wrong. If your dosing was responsible, then sounds like just bad timing on getting sick. AAS really don`t cause sickness unless using ridiculous doses, so I actually doubt you did anything wrong. But if you`re simply considering a new cycle, why not run a longer Test ester like E or C?

You can get test e and test p. Pin test p eod or better ed to kick start the cycle and keep the concentration in the blood high early on until the test e kicks in after about 4-5 weeks

I can break this down to the molecular level my friend!! What you’ve experience is your immuno response to antigens. When you pin yourself you are introduce foreign materials in your body. Your body launch an immune response to these foreign invaders. Just like flu, your body sees it as a foreign antigen so it attack it. Testosterones amount other chemicals as well in that vial are foreign antigens. So you get “sick” lethargic tire and needed rest. Why? Your body is concentrating on fighting this only and not do anything else. Once your body “won” it renounce back to day activities. By winning it recognized the foreign chemicals in that particular vial. This is why you finish your cycle. So you are good. But expect same thing happens but a little mild this go-around. This is why PURITY in any drug is paramount! Different companies makes different purity. American pharm vs candescent labs at home. Look up racemic mixture as well. Too much to explain. Also dosage is important. Since more dose require your response to be more aggressive and in turn your body will feel more “tire”. Less is always better. Get the dosage correct if that was the case. That is common to get the test flu after starting a cycle. I personally don’t order from a lab with the initials of BM but hey they’re cheap. I use GP or Dragon only. Never been disappointed for years now. Stick with these companies to get beat purity and results imho.

Well typically the use of anadrol is used for a bulking cycle, personally for a cutting cycle I’d run sust, eq, maybe tren and personably anavar over winstrol. But for your cycle if you really want to use anadrol for a cycle I’d just use it as a kickstart for the first 4 weeks at 50mg a day but for the cycle layout I’d run 1ml sust twice a week Monday/Friday anadrol 50 mg a day for the first 4 weeks, letro 1.25 mg every other day and from week 4-12 run winstrol at 20-40mg a day anything over that your gonna have some really painful workouts with your joints especially while the letro drying you out.

Results on any cycle come down to diet. I am starting my cut with anadrol and deca in it at the beginning and I will shred up. Will I look my best while on those drugs, no. There will be some water retention but that won`t effect the burning of fat. With the drugs you are suggesting if you want to keep the water retention down alternate between the drol and winny. Take two or three days of drol, and when the bloat starts up, flip to winny for three days and the water will drop. This allows you to stay anabolics and still keep the water retention down.

I would not use both anadrol and winstrol in one cycle since they are both incredibly liver toxic. Since you are cutting I would recommend the winstrol over the anadrol since there is less water retention. Run something like 500 sus per week and 50mg winstrol ed.

Cut out anadrol. Too much bloat and not good for cutting. Sustaviron is basically sustanon. All testosterone causes some bloat, but it is a base and always needed for normal bodily functions. I would add proviron for anti estrogenic effect which will reduce bloat. Diet is an important factor. Limit sodium, eat clean, drink plenty of water to flush out excess water (if you don`t drink enough water your body actually holds on to water). Try propionate next time it holds less water on a cut. But you can cut on anything with a clean low sodium, caloric deficit diet. But anadrol is too much of a bulkier. With a great diet even anadrol can work on a cut, but it just is not ideal.

Hey BigHyper,Rich from NYC. So if you are planning to use WHAT YOU HAVE ON HAND, I would recommend using Sust and Anadrol for 4 weeks. You may dose the Sust at 250MG every 5th day. Anadrol will be 50MGs daily divided into two doses to keep the levels in the blood stream constant, taken with food. These two will give you incredible bulk, size, strength, recovery and libido. That would leave you with Winny to cut after you gain all that size. Now, While you are doing phase 1 of your 2 phase cycle, I suggest ordering some Tren Ace to combine with that Winny, which will bring you to phase 2 for another 4 weeks, total of 8 week cycle. At the start of week 5, you will discontinue the Sust and Anadrol, to continue on with the Tren Ace/Winny combination. The Tren Ace and the Winny are both dosed every 3rd day. Tren is 75MG and Winny is 50MG Then my friend, you will see one hell of a change in your physique. The Tren/Winny combo will rip you to shreds. During cycle (Phase 1) You can use your Letro, During phase two I recommend using Exemestine instead, and Cabaser. That will keep any sides in check, and Rip you to shreds. Sustanon has a blend of testosterone esters. They are all testosterone, the difference between them is the ester group. Difference between these ester groups is how fast they are absorbed by the body/how fast they act. They all have same anabolic to androgenic ratio, and same aromatization, because they are all testosterone. Difference is only their half life. Half life of isocaproate is 9 days, while terminal half-life is 4 days.

Isocaproate has a half life of roughly nine days, so its a “medium” ester (time release) that falls in between propionate as a short ester (4.5 days), and cypionate as a long ester (12 days). All testosterone is going to have the same anabolic rating and propensity to aromatise to estrogen.

It`s just another super long ester for test brother, everyone is different but I would give it at 10 day half life on average. The ester does not determine if something is anabolic or not, but the test definitely is. The advantage here is the guarantee of a nice smooth release curve to keep test levels even. I have used this drug before going on week long vacation along with eq (another 14 ish day ester) to stay on while taking a week off pins. I would assume the iso aromatizes about like enethate does for you.

The isocaproate ester attached to testosterone will release at a rate faster than cypionate and enanthate but slower than acetate or propionate so its regarded as a “medium” acting testosterone. Once the isocaproate ester has been cleaved off you have pure testosterone with all the anabolic/androgenic and estrogenic qualities of testosterone. I believe the half life of isocaproate is typically around 4 days in most men but thats average, can vary slightly depending on your metabolism.
