For me with this or the Melanotan II it takes a good few hours to kick in, perhaps 3. But it also lasts a good 6 hours so it doesn`t need to be perfectly timed. Try at least 2-3 hours before the big game and see how it goes. Everybody`s different but it`s funny i was just talking to a buddy about this product last night. It is so effective, I`m surprised more people haven`t stumbled on to it.

I suggest injecting it because orals need to be alpha alkylated 17 in order to survive the liver. Injecting bypasses the first pass as it`s known which means it gets destroyed in the liver very fast. Injecting is safer because it means minimal to no liver strain as well and why take it orally where you may not see full progress because because your marriage sorry of, just give it a shot.

it is meant for injection fir a reason friend! It might not survive the gastric juice since it`s very low in acid. Then it might not be absorb through the intestine lining or get break down goi g from the stomach to the small intestine. And even if it make it through and get to the blood stream the potency will drop dramatically. in short it is meant to be deliver straight into the muscle so it get to the blood stream immediately to do it job. I did find a nih-gov article confirming the efficacy of intranasal, and the dosage was 7.5 mg. HOWEVER, this study was done on men, And those in with intranasal sprayer would be very difficult, I`m not even sure how you would accomplish that.

I`ve used PT-141 many times as an ED drug alternative and I will say it is side effect free. But it doesn`t increase my libido even the slightest. It will give you random wood, and good ones at that, but the kind you got in Math class your sophomore year. That said, the mechanism for this drug works the same for men as in women. I`m wondering how differently a woman would respond. Try it yourself first and respond with your results, I haven`t talked with anyone else who`s tried it.

You could try. i use Melanotan II and have for years (bremelanotide is the same class of drug and very similar). it is very person to person, i absolutely notice a fairly dramatic increase in libido and spontaneous erections. I knew a girl who used it and told me she could actually orgasm just doing stomach crunches. but i`ve met others who have no real response. I thought Vyleesi was only SQ inj, but I dont doubt you`re correct and an intranasal formulation came out that i`m unaware of, think i remember hearing about it. You prolly dont want to hear this, But its such a tiny amount in the belly fat or where ever with an insulin syringe, its really quite painless and you could do it for her. Seems like that would be safer then trying to guess intranasally. I once mixed it up with my GH and gave myself a pretty big dose and it was fairly uncomfortable, nausea flushing ect-that would suck to do to her. Or you could just underdose her and because the results are so variable you would just never know. either way good luck

I`ve spent a little time scouring the NCBI archives. Also, I could find NO information about a FDA approved nasal spray. I did find some online anti-aging clinics that said to steer clear of claims that PT 141 can be bought in internasal or pill form. The FDA approved version called `Vyleesi,` as Dr Scott mentioned, is the only thing listed as of Aug 25, 2020. Here is some general information about this drug. Cost without prescription per dose $948. Taken SubQ only. Dosage protocol for women= Effective dosing with 1.25 and 1.75 mg was established. The dose of 0.75 mg did not differ from placebo (ineffective dose). Wait at least 45 minutes after dose before engaging in sexual activity. 1 dose max per 24 hour. 8 dose max per month. I`ve taken it a bunch of times as I hate typical ED sides (headache and stuffy nose, etc). It`s kinda weird. It DOES NOT make you horny. It makes it easier to develop and maintain and erection, but it also just gives you random wood like you`re 15yo in math class – doesn`t make sense. 2mg is the minimum effective dose for me and it takes about 6 hours to really start working and is basically done within 12-15 hours. So it does take planning to utilize. Overall I like the zero sides but for the price and the lack of mobility, it isn`t perfect. Good luck.

Literature states that the Bac water can help preserve compounds up to 28 days. That said, I have no idea if that works for everything or not. The PT141 is prettt specific and I only have experience with storing HCG for that long, GH is gone pretty quick. Experiment for yourself and see if you notice differences between an old vial going out to a brand new mixed vial. Good luck.

That is a tough question and you will probably not like what i have to say. There are 2 issues with the life span of an injectable drug potency/stability and sterility, they are not related. The good news is it is a new drug available by prescription in the US and i found only one drug on the stability of bremelanotide and it is 14 days after reconstitution if refrigerated so that`s really the answer (unfortunately it is only available as an autoinjector reconstituted with sterile water and glycerin so they recommend immediate use for that particular product , of course but i did find one other study) . Rule of thumb when reconstituting a MDV with bacteriostatic water is 28 days but that too is highly variable because every time you pierce the vial, even with a sterile needle, you introduce small amounts of air containing dust, mold and other pathogens and eventually the preservative (benzyl alcohol) becomes not enough. So to answer your question directly, per the mfg the answer is 14 days beyond which it begins to lose potency. You may be able to stretch it to 28 days beyond which you begin to run into sterility (as well as the aforementioned stability issue). But i`m not a physician, just a guy on a forum but i hope this helps.

Yuh, i agree like patriot said any pharmacist will tell you 28 days for an MDV but we kind of have to thats what the studies say and to advise you longer is just putting yourself (license) in jeopardy, i mean they dont care– discard it away after 28 days is a nice safe answer they aren`t paying for it. But like you have have frequently gone beyond that with no problems. Also, like i said if you are entering the vial once or twice a week that is very different then every day or even multiple times a day. Also, dont forget we were originally talking about a fairly fragile peptide bremelanotide as opposed to the much more stable cholesterol steroid trenbolone. And again sterility and stability are two separate things. Have a great day

I`ve had something like this happen before. For instance I purchased dianabol and it was shipped in a sealed packet that said “cranberry pills”. Each vial has 10mg so if you add 1ml Bac water, every 0.1ml equals 1mg. There`s no info in description on exact quantity of bac water to add, but for 10mg of powder I`d use at least 2ml bac water which would mean 0.2ml = 1mg. Basically for 1mg take 1/10th amount of liquid added and for 0.5mg take 1/20th amount of liquid added. Refrigerate after reconstituting. Good luck

Looking at doses for this peptide (I am not personally familiar with, although I have used a number of peptides) it is all over the place. I would think start with 0.5 mg amd go up from there. It looks like it takes 4 – 6 hours to take effect then lasts for at least 12 hours. Mix 2 ml BAC in 10 mg vial. Each 0.1 mark on a syringe will be 0.5 mg. You can adjust dose from there.

I have never heard of this preparation being used orally as I believe it would be destroyed in the acid environment of the stomach. There is some research that the compound can be absorbed through the nasal sinus like a H2 agonist but I doubt you would be able to effectively use this orally unless you have much higher dosages. Best bet is to use it subs and you will get 10% of the benefits. Good luck.

I would stick to subcutaneous, there is a different bioavailability when taken orally, so you won`t know what exact dosage to use. And there aren`t any studies on this. . Stick to what works anecdotally, last thing you want to do is experiment on your own with compounds that haven`t been experimented on much.
