Hello,I am an athlete female. This will be my second round of Anavar+HGH (10 mg+2iu last year). It says women should take 10 mg. Now, how do I take it? Should I split a pill into two 5mg, and take it in a morning, and evening? Or just take one pill before my workout? (I workout after work, the same time in evening). Or is it safe to take teo 10mg pills, one in a morning, one evening? Does it matter if I take it on empty stomach, or with food….etc…Thank you in advance!

I`d split the dose because you want even levels of anavar throughout the day. The half life is 9 hours and I`d do the same for the gh. Gh I would recommend doing it fasted in the morning and second dose right before bed

Hey you should Definetely split your dose into 2 taking half in the morning and half in the evening so it`s in your body throughout the whole day. If it doesn`t bother your stomach and it doesn`t really matter if you take it with or without food. The HGH you should take while fasted on an empty stomach early in the morning before you eat, good luck and I wish you the best body that you can achieve with hard work and dedication you can get to where you need to be or want to be. Hello 007, Split it into two doses at 5 MG in the morning and a few hours before bed. Take them on an empty stomach to promote absorption. Food and fiber can get medication compounds intertwined in their matrix. You can up the dose to two 10 MG pills after you see how you react, meaning any virulization effects happening. You may also consider Primobolan/Methenolone at 25 MG a week to start or Turinabol at the same dose and schedule as Oxandrolone/Anavar. Let me know if this helps and I hope it does! You are always welcome! Yes that is fine, split the primo tabs and take it with the anavar. If you wish to increase one i suggest doing that with Anavar because it has a slightly less androgenic rating which will help with virulization control. I wouldn`t suggest more than an 8 week cycle. Anadarko will also help with shedding fat and primo is known to help when on a low calorie diet. I also suggest doing a few more sets or reps of leg lifts for the lower abs and the “V” cut. Its all about what works better for you. My wife has split dose and took 10mg all at once and never noticed a difference. If u can split dose that is recommended but if its easier for u all at once is fine as well. Just be careful I ordered geneza recently and my wife put on 10 pounds of mostly water and bloated. Theres a video on tou tube wear thwy tested the geneza brand and it came back low dosed dbol. I no it wasn`t var because this isn`t her first time and her diet and workout is excellent. We suited to balken pharma and the water came off almost immediately and had way better results. I can confirm the Geneva Anavar I received about 3 months ago did not feel right.
I`m a short guy 4 feet 11 and my weight is about 124lbs I hear guys taking over 20mg to 50mg plus. But I`m a small person so should I take a small amount Like 10mg? I certainly feel I don`t need to take what an average size adult male would need.

Honestly I`d suggest 20mg even at your weight. Split in two dosages of 10mg. Work up to I`d say 40mg daily in a split dosage. I mean 10mg daily is basically like a female dose and a low end at that, depending on how you look at it. Good luck with it man!

If you`d like to see any gains you should start at 50mg/day. This is recommended for males. Women take 10mg-20mg. This is a very mild steroid and you won`t really see any gains at 20mg. I would go with 30 add a 10 is too low for anyting to see much results you would see results but they would be minimal. You can try it at 10 and see what happened some people have good gains and have good receptors coming from a very low dose. But I just think 10 is a little low

If you`re male, run 60mg a day for 6 weeks along with Test. If you`re female, run 10mg a day for 6 weeks. It helped get my abs popping during the final 6 weeks of my last cycle. Cheers

I never suggest taking an oral alone, especially Anavar since it is so mild in its effects. However, I`ve had clients get exception results on just anavar at 70-80mg for 6 weeks.

So from what I understand is that the virus has caused travel bans and not so much on cargo. I`m sure there will be delays but the government`s are more concerned with the spread of the virus through person to person airborne infection. Cargo should still be able to move but I`m sure will have some delays.

I have taken Anavar a bunch of times and I have never felt anything in 30 minutes. That`s just my experience with it. I am a 210 lb man amd I start off with 40mg a week and did go as high as 80mg a week. Still never felt after 30 minutes. Best of luck with your Cycle

I did a 16 weeks eq/test cycle. At week 8 I added 60mg var. 30mg in the morning and 30mg in the evening. The evening one I took 1 before I go to the gym and it doe make a different. EQ already gave me a pump but var push it up a notch. Vein popping. Felt great pushing last 2 reps. Etc. So for you I recommend taking 5mg a day. You don`t need to split it since it`s small. Instead take it an hour or two before your daily workout. You can adjust it after a week. But do not take more than 20 mg a day. I really think 5mg is good for any female athletes! Good luck.

Exogenous testosterone suppresses intratesticular testosterone production, which is an absolute prerequisite for normal spermatogenesis. No gear, no problem to start PCT and encourage spermatogenesis even if you have run HCG throughout. Keep asking questions

Yes you should start the pct the next day should be fine assuming all or most of the test is out of your system. I believe anavar s half life is approx. 8to 9 hours so should be fine

Yes you can do this. As far as PCT, you may find that you do not need the nolvadex at all, but everyone is different. I don`t use SERMs during PCT, I keep running my AI (my bloods are normal when doing this, not normal when using nolva…took a couple cycles to get it down to the “T”)…good luck 🙂

Hey guys – so I`ve been researching quite a bit on here and elsewhere online, learning first. 44 y/o, always been a “hard gainer” even when in a caloric surplus, good diet, lift 4-5d/week PPL and cardio 3d/week. Possibility of going on TRT in near future so if that happens I`ll likely BnC. Won`t do a blast until I am dialed in on my personal maintenance/cruise dose though. Have prior experience with PHs back in the day, and SARMs more recently; no gear yet. I`m considering an initial cycle of test E only (400-500mg/wk) sometime after the new year. For a future cycle I would consider adding in a mild oral such as var. My question is how often do products such as test E and var go on sale (I know DP test E was last week`s product of the week)? If I`m considering var w/in the next 6 months should I just grab a couple packs now at 50% or is it likely to come back on sale again within the next few months? Thanks in advance for any suggestions – lots of good info on Naps!

Test is on sale almost every other week usually a high dosage one. Anavar isnt really on sale very often it mainly for dieting to help preserve mucle and since you are a “hard gainer” even though I dont believe in that, I would go for something more stronger. Anybody will gain wieght in a surplus its science if you not gaining then you are at maintence…. now the use of anabolics will help the calorie surplus be more efficient as you the wieght you gain should be more muscle then fat assuming you have a high protien moderate carb and low fat diet. If you want to put on some size for first cycle anywhere from 250mg of test per week to 500mg per week is good. I would start on the low end and maybe increase every 3 weeks or so. As for an oral go with either tbol, dbol or anadrol. Dbol maybe 25mg a day or tbol 30to40mg per day and if you go with anadrol I would start off with 25mg for 2 weeks and if everything is going good then increase it to 50mg for another 2 to 3 weeks. More then likely at your age once you start testosterone It`s going to be very hard to get natural levels back best bet is to go on trt in my opinion good luck

Id grab them now if i were u cause u just dont know ur next chance. TriTest is a great product, I just used it. As for the var, start the dose at 40mg a day for two weeks and increase the dose by 10mgs per week, until you find “your number “ . The reason “dose ranges” became so widely acceptable is because, statistics indicated that the majority of people who used this compound, got results at those levels. And with anything higher than the upper level of 100mg/day, the risk/reward just becomes intolerable and the effects of the compound diminishes. Hope this helped.

So here`s what I noticed…I don`t think a required signature is required because of certain brands, rather a signature may be required if a package is coming from a specific country. I`ve noticed this throughout the years….just a theory and observation.If you`re worried about your package being seized, don`t. In the unlikely chance it is seized, your package won`t ever make it to your door and NO you will not have police or DEA at your door, maybe a letter of seizure warning you, but that`s it. Good luck

Dragon Pharma does not require signature. I’ve ordered 10 bottles from them, on several occasions, and my mail carrier will just leave it in the mailbox. However, if you live in a small town, that particular post office may hold the package, leave u notice that they have a package for you, and you’ll need to go pick it up. Still no signature will be required.

Anavar (Var) is probably the most commonly used AAS by women. Anavar promotes lean muscle mass with minimal sides and occasional water retention. It is a oral steroid, though used in small enough doses that its impact on the liver is typically minimal for women. Dose: 5-10mg ED – split the dose ½ in the AM, ½ in the PM. Duration: 6-8 weeks for beginners and up to 10-14 weeks for more experienced users. No need to taper down the dose or follow with post cycle therapy (PCT). It is generally suggested to start the cycle at 5mg ED (splitting doses as above) for the first 10-14 days to identify any adverse reaction. (This is strongly suggested if this is your first time with the compound. ) After that time, you can increase to 10mg ED. DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE TAKE TESTOSTERONE. For women, Test (ONLY TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE) falls into the scope of really only for those experienced who are looking for significant growth and are prepared to deal with the full scope of potential sides.

Yup. This is as simple as it gets when it comes to female gear! It is very mild androgenic so women love them. Women take 10mg per day while men takes 50mg. It has low sides as well so some use var (aka) as a bridge. It give a good pump so you retain your muscle mass. Women takes this to burn fat. I agree with the below responses but I`m going to go a different route on this one. Instead of providing a recommendation, I would highly suggest both you and your wife heavily research AAS for women. It`s very important to understand what each of the substances do, what the positive benefits and negative side effects are, and the recommended doses. You`ll find a lot of comments and recommendations on forums, but do a lot of actual reading and research. You should come away from the conclusion the more weaker substances are best for women and only certain ones. If her goals are extreme, then that`s a personal judgement call on taking the stronger substances. Good luck!

I`LL REPEAT – DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE INJECT TESTOSTERONE, or take anything other than anavar, winstrol, or primo in VERY low doses, typically 1/5th to 1/10th of male couterparts. Also understand that while there are millions of people taking anabolic steriods, the number of women is an incredibly tiny fraction. Therefore, we have less information and studies vetted out, even very little anecdotal evidence. Women who are jumping on should go in “eyes wide open” that they will be susceptible to virilization (taking on male body characteristics like enlarged clitoris, hair growth on face and body, deepening voice) , and even fertility problems if I remember correctly. Proceed with caution brother!

If you are asking questions about your wife taking test I would start doing more research my friend. Do you not screw her hormones up for life because you won a quick fix. Start with Clen/T3 or just Clen and see what kind of results she gets. If her diet and conditioning is not in check Var will do nothing. I have seen it firsthand. Get her in the gym daily, get her on a strict diet, and get her doing more cardio. When do you have that down then you can start thinking about compounds but even Var can cause issues at 10 mg so just prepare her for irreversible issues if not done correctly and safely. There are also test kits out there to make sure if she does take Var that what is in there is actually that and not something cheaper like dbol that could cause serious masculinity and virilation issues. Stick with Clen at the start. She can gain muscle on that as well as lose body fat

Caveat… I`m not female, but will offer a bit of advice. Understandable you want to be more sure about what to give your girl. Personal suggestion is get it tested (chemically) to be sure of the content and potency of what you`re giving her. Most of my stuff has been spot on with regards to any brand from NAPS, but if you want to be extra sure, testing the gear yourself is the best way to go.

Well you didn`t say whether you were bulking or cutting but judging by your bodyfat I would recommend you cut or body recomp. One of those options being the case, you should see a decrease in bodyfat accompanied by an increase in lean muscle mass and strength. This will be fairly side-effect friendly since anavar is one of the most mild oral steroids. However, it is still liver toxic and you may need a liver supplement like liv-52 as well. As for the test you are subject to all the most common side effects of aas such as gyno, bloating, acne, and hair loss. However, given your dosing and access to an AI it should be limited. These are just all things that you should look out for.

The two compounds you`re running should be very mild in terms of side effects, but again, side effects are highly individual. Common side effects include hair loss, bloat (water weight), and acne. With that being said, if this is literally your first cycle, I`d drop the test down to around 200-300mg a week to ensure your body tolerates it well before moving on to a higher dose like 500mg a week. Anavar is extremely mild, and although it has the potential to produce the same side effects as other roids it`s not as likely. You seem well stocked on AI`s and PCT, which is great, but I`d add some liver support like milk thistle to ensure your liver is as healthy as possible while running Anavar. Because anavar is a 17aa compound it has the potential to cause liver damage. With a healthy diet and solid weight-training regimen, you should notice a nice increase in your overall strength and lean muscle mass.

You have everything you need for a very successful cycle. As far as expectations, a lot comes down to your diet. If you cut calories, run a caloric defecit, you can expect dramatic recomposition / fat loss while exchanging for some muscle. If you eat quality food over maintenance, you can expect to put on 20+ pounds of muscle while increasing your body fat by only 1-2 percent. You didn`t mention dosages for Proviron, which should be dosed at 50mg per day. Pick AI and dose appropriately, don`t run both, you will crash your estrogen. To keep it simple, just run arimidex at 0.25mg every other day, adjust upwards if you look bloated or notice sensitive nipples. For PCT run nolva at 40mg per day + clomid at 100mg per day for weeks 1-2, nolva at 20mg per day + clomid at 50mg per day for weeks 3-4.

As for the side effects you shouldnt get any estrogen related problems since you have anti aromatase compounds, but its possible you get a few pimples depending on how clean you eat but thats just a general possibility, if youre prone to MPB you might lose a few hairs but thats also a big maybe. Your dosages are reasonable so you`ll likely have minimal to no sides. As for gains thats harder to predict but given its your first cycle you`ll probably get great results and be very happy, if I had to guess Id say 10lbs of muscle easy with proper diet/training and while on cycle an additional 6-8 lbs from increased blood/glycogen/water, just a guess. My first cycle I gained 15 lbs of muscle and had about 8-10 lbs of blood/glycogen/water but I ran a bit more of an aggressive cycle.
