You can use a pen cap to break it open. There is a red line on the vial to indicate where you`re going to break it open

Just hold with one hand and use other hand to break off cleanly. I have a little plastic piece similar to a pen cap that came with my last roid test kit I use now. If you can use a filter needle afterwards when drawing up it would be best, otherwise watch out for any small glass shards as they could be harmful and painful. Best of luck mate.

Hold the base and grab the top with your other hand and snap it off. Some vials have a dot where you place your thumb. Google ample cracker and you can get a “tool” to make it easier/safer. I buy the disposable ones and just reuse them. Its just a plastic cover for the top.

Get a 3ml syringe take out the and stick the ampule in the stringer and break it open. It`s the safest way without breaking the amp

Just got to break the top you could use a pen cap or anything really I dont like to use these types but when theres a good deal hard to pass up

Just pull straight up in the plastic cap, it will expose the rubber stopper.
