So I am am wondering what doses I should run for HGH as I am finding varying advice. Some say to run a lower dose of 2IU two days on , and two days off while others recommend 6IU on the same type of schedule. I am 165 lbs, recovering from a shoulder surgery I had 9 months ago, and I am actively working out. I have ran a cycle of deca and test in the past but I am new to HGH. I have read up on it and will continue to do so but I figured I should ask you guys seeing last time I got advice from here it was solid. Depends on what you are trying to achieve by using HGH. Definitely start at 2 ius and gradually work your way up to desired dose. 2-4 ius is sufficient for rejuvenating purposes whereas higher doses are generally used for more anabolism. Either way 2-3 months is not recommended bc it usually takes 6 months minimum to see the results from gh and you don`t want to waste your money. Good luck brother.

Definitely do not start off with a 6iu dose. Like the previous poster stated, start small and work your way up. I use grey tops. At 3iu, they give me the carpal tunnel symptoms. I am 2.5 months in and getting results already. I can`t wait to see what 6 months will be. For me, I started at 1.5iu for the first 10 days. Then increased .5iu every 10 days until I got the carpal tunnel symptoms at 3iu. I reduced it to about 2.75iu for now. Also, sleep has NOT improved for me. It is widely known that HGH will improve sleep quality. Not for me. Not even a little bit.

Start at 1iu/day x 6 days a week. There`s so many different opinions on hgh use. I can tell you what`s worked for me. I`ve been on hgh (blue tops) for 7mos. I started at 2iu/day and got carpal tunnel after a month in. I think it may have been better to start at 1iu. The carpal tunnel pain did subside after 2mos and I am now at 3iu/day (2iu in morning an hour before breakfast and 1iu in evening just before bed). I plan to stay at 3iu indefinitely. 6 days on 1 day off. The colored tops are a great value (I`ve run brown, blues and just got some greys). I can`t say if they`re any less effective than pharmaceutical grade, but they work. Im 45yo and have no joint pain, full of energy, lean and feel great. I hope this helped

That`s not a bad idea at all. Anyway to save money because that gets expensive. Some people notice their hands getting numb after a couple months as a confirmation the gear is legit. Also if you`re worried just place a small order, don`t order a whole bunch of Gh. Then once you get your first shipment and feel more confident you can buy a bigger order. All the colored tops are made in china using the same method, as with everything else in china. For any one product there are 50 factories lined up. Hygetropin is not a name brand, they are smarter with their branding and packaging but they are not pharma grade and pretty much the same as the colored tops. That being said all the Chinese made generic HGHs have shown to work and are good to go. I have used the blue tops and I know it was legit. I got all the side effects of HGH(fat loss, water under skin and etc… The point is go with the cheapest colored tops

I`ve bought brand name hgh to test the difference between it and generics. Brand name is likely potent while generic needs more, but all in all if the generics do the same thing and don`t require much morecso as to offset the cost savings then i think generics is the better money saving route. But so far at 3iu to 4iu per day on brand name hgh I`ve felt only deeper sleep. But again you must take it for 6 months minimum to see all the results. Thusfar I`m not ready to compare the generic and if finances get crunched then the brand name can get unaffordable and the generic itself is rather pricey although cheaper. Tip is not to use it everyday. 5 days on two off or every other day so the glands get rest and it mimicks natural production cycles somehow, and this is according to the research I`ve done. Nonetheless I`m confident hgh need not be used everyday nor is it desirable to do so.

People always say to take your HGH when you first wake up and not eat carbs for 1.5 hours. That`s a solid set up for fat loss brother. The low carb “rule” is to allow the HGH to remain unconverted (to IGF-1) as long as possible, so it can burn more fat. If you are looking for more growth, and less fat loss, then I have a better protocol for you. Hgh or not, add some sugar to your workout. You can spend your loot and get things like glycoload, or just hit up some good old fashion orange juice or Gatorade. I`m talking 25g of carbs here, not a whole half gallon of OJ (unless you wanna rip some slin, which is not recomeded to anyone short of their pro card). This will quickly convert your hgh to igf and provide stupid pumps, and faster recovery. Even without the HGH, because you are fasted, a bit of fast carb would help recovery get started, and fuel your later sets in the workouts

When I trained in the mornings I would pin my HGH as soon as I woke up. I mean, I might piss before that. But that would be about it. Then shower, train, shower again, and by the time I eat it`s 2 hours afterwards the injection. Time yourself to see how long it truly is from when you inject. It may be longer than it seems. Also, review your morning routine. See if you can do something a little different to get the span of time you`re after. Something else I started doing more recently that I first got from IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski is not eating any carbs for breakfast. I`ve extended it to the first half of my day. It allows me to eat more in later meals and I feel and look better. Might be another option for you to try.

HGH is a great compound and if you`re older, you`ll get even more benefits from it. HGH does not need to be cycled. You can run in non-stop for years without issue. It`s always going to boost you above your natural HGH production but the main reason it`s cycled is cost. It`s not cheap to stay on non-stop. If you are over trained and overworked (longer hours) you need to PRIORITIZE SLEEP AND DIET. that being said I think a few units of hgh in the am will go a long way. Try 3iu every am for 4months and I think you will like where it takes you. Also at your age I would look into you testosterone and see if try is a good fit for you. A few mg a week of test (100-300) will make you feel amazing if your walking around with low test currently.

Start off with 2ius per day and after a month or two you can taper up to 4ius per day, if after a few more months youre having good results and want to take it up to 6ius per day you can but 4ius is an effective dose that most people are happy with. The reason it can vary and some guys need a little more is because different people convert HGH to IGF-1 at varying rates. As recommended youll want to run HGH as long as possible for hyperplasia to occur and to reap all the benefits. Youll need bacteriostatic water (cheap and easy to find) to reconstitute the HGH and insulin syringes/needles to administer.

Nothing at all! Of course you might wanna run other compounds alongside it depending on your exact goals. If fat loss, enhanced recovery and/or longevity is your goal 2iu every day is a good dose and you will feel great on it. For muscle building, 4 iu and day would be a good dose. And for help healing injuries, no more then 8iu a day split up is the max dose you should do. Any more then that and you get into unwanted side effects such as organ growth and you definitely dont want that!

It’s Depending on your purpose of use, for anti aging and assumeing your testosterone levels are normal none, but if your trying to build more muscle then using exogenous testosterone and other aas will add a synergistic effect to the hgh and remember hgh should be run for a minimum of 4-6 months

You don`t need any additional compounds or meds while using HGH, it works very well as a stand-alone product and many people use it as a “bridge” in between anabolic cycles. HGH does not require any on cycle support drugs, nor does it require PCT. Furthermore it can be taken for 6 months or longer with no issues. There is debate whether it slightly diminishes your natural GH release, but essentially cycle are completely different that anabolic steroids, peptides, etc.

For my first cycle, is this enough with one kit? I plan to run for 12 weeks with 4-6 IUs a day. I have taken other objectives, but still figuring the details of IUs to CCs which i am used to. Having trouble figuring how much I can mix with water to make in total IUs. Thanks in advance.

No this kit contains 100 iu (10x10iu). Your planned cycle requires 400+iu so a minimum of 4 kits would be required. However, given it is your first cycle maybe you would consider going down to 2iu per day in which case you would need 2 kits for 12 weeks. It is 1 ml bacteriostatic water per 10iu vial.

For 4 iu a day you’d need 4 kits. Since it’s your first time taking growth I’d suggest starting off at 2iu and run it for 24 weeks the standard protocol for a gh cycle is to be run for 4-6 months to really see the muscle growth benefits. Iu doesn’t convert to cc/ml iu is a dosage measurement but since you’ll be using 2-4 iu reconstitute with.5 or 1/2ml of BAC Water into each vial so 10 units of a insulin syringe will be 2 iu.

It’s really dependent on the specific person, but some of the major negative effects would be increased insulin resistance, water retention, and sometimes carpal tunnel. It depends tho some report sides and others don’t.

Some side effect includes pain in the hand (most likely if you take a very high doses). You may want to see your doctor before taking to be sure that you don`t already serious health problems. Buy some BAC water for injections, it`s easily available online at many places. Hygetropin comes without solvent just like on the picture. You need to have bac water to mix it with.
