Honestly man people say to run clomid 2 weeks after you last pin 100/100/50/50 for 4 weeks then do the Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks that`s what im doing plus hcg in the beginning.

I`ve never ran a PCT without using both. I feel one might get the job done, but I`m not changing it and would like my natural levels to come back as soon as possible since low test feels miserable.

It is best to run both. Clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20. Good luck!

First off, no one is going to suggest doing this for a first cycle but you`re an adult…. The Test is TRT dosage, are you middle age or above? Just asking. Winstrol is best as a contest prep drug and I`d save it for the end if you`re lean and want a grainy look. I suggest scrapping all this for 10-12 weeks if Test E/C at 400-500mgs a week and learn how your body reacts. Trying Test, a 19-nor and a DHT right out of the gate is not needed. The HCG rolled out before PCT is a good idea, I like that part. Good luck.

Do just Test for first cycle to see how you respond. Mixing in other PEDs makes it unclear what`s doing what. Preferably longer esters than Prop like Test E or C which will stick around long after cycle completion. Save the Deca and Winstrol for later down the road. Run Test at 400mg a week, 2 shots of 200mg every 3.5 days ie Tuesday am, Friday pm. If you decide to go with the Prop do 100mg eod (Prop gets in/out of system quickly). Get some Arimidex to control estrogen sides from the Test. Study up on everything. Read the descriptions under the gear you`re considering. Totally agree with Patriot_1234 your test is a TRT dose and again agree that winny is best at the end of cycle. I would run test at 500 – 700 and then after a few weeks add another compound depending on how you feel. Definitely get your blood work done if possible. That way you know how your body is responding to the drugs. Good luck

Your first cycle should be Test Cyp or Test Enan. You need to learn how you respond to test and figure out how much AI you actually need. If you do too many chemicals for your first cycle, you won`t know what sides come from which chemical. That`s wht test only is THE first cycle. You will still see huge improvements with a good diet/exercise regimen.

First, test prop gives lots of people bad reactions compared to cyp or enanthate. It also gives no great advantage over them, you`re just going to be giving yourself injections every day, and I promise after a few weeks you will be sick of it, so switch to test e or c, get on a two injection a week schedule, and if you really want to use an oral for your first cycle, against the advice you`re going to hear on here, use turinabol for athletic performance, not winstrol. Winstol will dry out your muscles as well as your joints and ligaments and drastically increase the chance of serious injury. Use Deca at half your test dose, or you`re not going to be able to perform sexually, you`ll have a dead stick. So you say you want to do 300 deca? You need to be running 600 test. My advice if you really want to go balls to the wall off the rip is 400 test e 200 deca a week split into 2 pins, and 20 mg`s of tbol a day. That will be a crazy drastic change in your athletic performance. Best of luck, get Aromasin for estrogen and cabergoline for progesterone if you decide to use Deca.

Hey y`all running test cyp 400mg a week and starting to get the libido effect and I`m loving it. I`m 3 weeks in and I have a small lump developing so I started taking Aromasin 25mg every 2-3 days. Should I add in some Nolvadex at 20-40mg a day as well to see if that will help? I don`t want to stop the cycle and PCT I`m trying to do all I can to manage it now. Did bloods and my test level is at 2262 pg/ml and estrogen is at 45 pg/ml which isn`t crazy high but I can defiantly feel it. What do you guys think? For what its worth feeling bloated as hell as well. Other option is maybe backing the test down?

Nolva will help nipples with the gyno definitely, if you uses ai from start you could have prevented it bro, try 20mg nolva for a few days and increase to 2 if not effective, don’t stay on it too long

If I were you, I`d continue the cycle and just increase the frequency of my AI. You`re now taking it once every 2-3 days. Try it for every other day and it should help within a week. If it doesn`t, then add the Nolvadex.

Hey BigZ, you definitely have legit Test! And your estrogen level isn`t even what would be considered high. It wouldn`t hurt to add in a small amount of Nolvadex just to be safe. High estrogen levels is usually what causes bloat on a test only cycle, but your estrogen level wouldn`t justify the bloat. You didn`t mention if this was your first cycle. I`m assuming it is since you mentioned the increased libido. Everyone is different and our bodies respond differently to different compounds. You appear to have good knowledge on the amount of AI to take to keep your estrogen level in check. Keep asking questions and educating yourself. Stay safe and good luck

Personal Opinion: That may work but to combat developing Gynecomastia I would take it seriously and take 20mgs of Nolvadex a day until the sides go away. It`s a SERM so it will quickly block your estrogen receptors in that area. The Aromasin will just decrease the testosterone to estrogen conversion. Your #1 effort should be avoiding permanent side effects, forget about muscle, libido or anything else IMO. That`s all a luxury. Not trying to say “I told you so” to anyone at all here but this is why I recommend using a small dose of AI as a precautionary measure rather than “trying to catch it later” per se. If you get past this (hopefully a week) resume and take the Aromasin along with Test schedule as from what I`m reading, you`re easily effected by estrogen. Seriously good luck dude. If this has occurred within the last day or so you should be able to get on top of it. God speed.

I started to really feel it Friday, so I started Nolvadex at 20mg on Sunday. I will keep up with that and aromasin and see if that helps. This is my first cycle so I have to kind of see what happens at what dosages. Luckily I have multiple packs of everything just in case u had issues.

I 2nd what patriot said – I had a recent gyno flair up and did lots of research – took 20mg nolva every day. In many cases it will take weeks or months for the gyno to disappear – this was the case with me and I heard this from other bros who were able to chase away lumps behind the nipples with nolva. You most likely will not get any gyno symptoms with that low of a dosage. Also the half life of test C is roughly 10 days so the steroid wont kick in until weeks 2 and 3 and gyno does not appear that fast. Your estrogen levels are pretty low as it is, having too low of estrogen in your system is just as bad as high estrogen, also aromasin has to be taken everyday to be effective due to its short half life.

Many people do not even need an AI during cycle, again, they can do more bad than good if taken wrongly, Halfway through your cycle it is advised you get your estradiol levels checked through bloodwork to see if the are within reasonable range and if it seems to be out of range, than start an AI.

Noova most likely won`t fix this issue but try taking 20mg (typically one tab) and see what happens. Cancer is what you would need in this situation. At this point, the noble can help clear your receptors, but you already have a lump and that`s most likely not going away. I have had gyno and it sucks. Be prepared in future orders by having everything on hand before you begin. Rookie mistake, but this happens way more times than you would think. Also, don`t just take ancillaries to take them and expect things to just clear up. This compounds are still very powerful. Invest some money in blood work as well so that you actuallly know what`s going on. Good luck

If i were you i would use 20 – 40 mgs of nolvadex daily until the sensitivity goes away. And then lower the does and continue to use it for the duration of your cycle. You are right that arimadex stops tbe conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Im assuming that your still on some type of test. So you could lower your test mgs weekly and that will bring down your estrogen levels. Or you could stick with the same test dose and use 1mg of arimadex twice a week or as much as 1mg every other day. But be careful with any ai you dont wasnt to crash your estrogen either. Start with the nolvadex for a week / two weeks and see how you feel. If it doesn`t seem to get better add tbe ai. Good luck

It depends what you`re taking and the form of gyno developing. Also, if you`re bulking estrogen plays a key roll in building muscle and don`t want to suppress it. Nolvadex is a serm and blocks the binding of estrogen to receptors in the chest. Arimadex with stop the aromitization of test to estrogen, this lowering the amount in your body. Taking body will lower the effects of both. You can confirm that with a drug interaction site. Try 40mg a day of nolvadex for a few days then go to 20mg. If still having problems try the arimadex. In the mean time lower your dose, to limit sides.

Take 40 mg of Nokia til the symptoms subside. Since you have symptoms you want to hit it hard. After they go away take 20mg for 2 weeks to make sure it stays gone.

I prefer clomid over nolva but many others prefer nolva. Just nolva will work…I`ve used it on heavier cycles at 40/40/20/20 and it worked like a charm. Good luck and stay swole

Hi James, for such a beginner cycle of test only nolva should be fine for PCT. In the future I would consider HCG and clomid for PCT and nolva for gyno. I recommend getting blood work done 6-8 weeks after your last pin to see where your levels are at; hopefully you got bloodwork done before the cycle to have a baseline reading. thx

Why would you cut on your first cycle of testosteron at 500mg per week. You will never get as much gains as you potentially could on a first testosterone cycle. And your waiting until week 9 of 12 to ask about pct well just so you know shipping time is about 45 to 75 days right now. You could of put on 20+pounds of muscle Live and learn I guess

Yeah man i think Nolva is ok for a test only cycle. Smart just running test only for first cycle. Good to take advantage of the gains you can make with test alone before adding more compounds. Nolva at 40/40/20/20 ED per week. Int future i would run Clomid as well or in substitute. When adding extra stuff you want to consider HCG as well to get the nuts up and running again

Nolva blocks estrogen and prolactin receptors in the chest (nipple) tissue. I can prevent gynecomastia from aromatizing AAS and prolactin enhancing AAS (19 nor). It sounds like you are limited in experience and certainly on knowledge. I you havent started or just started MENT I would stop. That is very strong and has potential lifelong sides. I can cause permanent shutdown of test production and sterility. It can replicate the androgen effects of test but does shut it down hard.

19nor compounds put you at risk of elevated PROLACTIN, which can be managed by cabergoline or bromocriptine. Having said that, 19nors will always be used with a testosterone base, so you will still have to manage excess estrogen on cycle.

Nolvadex is not an AI it’s just a serm. It’s primarily used for pct, or if you are sensitive to gyno. I hope you are taking some testosterone as a base with the two compounds you mentioned, if not you can have some nasty sides, being really shutdown, and sexual distinction. You need to have some caber on had when taking 19 nor compounds, for elevated prolactin.

Nolva is taken when you show sign of gyno. Itchy sore nipple. Arimidex is taken when you show signs of alleviate estrogen. Both can be taken while on cycle for the reasons I just described. But most will only take them when needed. Good luck

Depending on the ester you want to wait 14 days from your last injection to start. Pct should last roughly 4 weeks for a simple cycle like this For the first two weeks Nolvadex 40mg and Clomid 100mg. Then for the final two weeks kick down to 20mg of Nolvadex and 50mg of Clomid. You could also add HCG but thata personal preference. I think you`ll be just fine with the Nolvadex and Clomid.

Standard pct is clomid 100/100/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20 two weeks after last pin if test e or c. I have also heard about taking sarms such as gw and mk to help keep gains after cycle, although sure many would disagree.
