Finast 5 mg (Dr.Reddy)

I have taken finestaride before. Can anyone who has used it extensively help me with my questions? I stopped taking it because I lost interest in sex and ejaculation became difficult. However I noticed after several weeks the side effects started to lessen. If I had continued taking it would my side effects have gone? And the next question is how can I prevent these side effects?

I`ve taken it for the past 4 years. I`ve also taken dutasteride during cycle (4 months). There is a lot of talk online about sexual side effects of finasteride. And the more you read about them, the higher the chances are that you will be experiencing these side effects. Why? Because 99% it`s in your head. Going through periods of low interest in sex is normal, and I can guarantee it`s not because of finasteride. Did you know finasteride raises your natural testosterone levels by 20%? Go get blood work done and you will see your levels, and will realise you have nothing to worry about. My natural levels at the start of taking finasteride were 470 ng/dl. I lost libido in first few months of taking finasteride because I had low self confidence because I was taking a balding medication and it made me feel less of a man. I changed my habits, exercised more and changed diet, a few years later decided to check levels again, it was at 880 ng/dl. Finasteride has so little effect on your libido compared to literally anything else (sleep, exercise, diet macros and micros, regular sex, porn usage, age, quality of air, the amount of time you spend in shower, literally the smallest things probably have more effect on your libido than finasteride). So don`t worry. I`ve also used Dr Reddys 5 mg, I cut into 4 pieces. Lately I`ve decided to go with Proscar that they have on Naps, it`s from Turkey and it`s legit, licensed to Turkish pharmacy by MSD themselves.

A lot of ppl suffer from this side effect due to the finasteride blocking the dht in your body which is a very important sex hormone for libido. After about 5 months of trt and finasteride I suffered from the same experience, my dr added in proviron at 25mg a day and upped my 1mg fin to 5mg propacia I believe. My libido went through the roof and my body (hair specifically) did not suffer any dht side effects that sometimes comes from adding a dht derivative

Finasteride is an Antiandrogen and thereby reduces libido in some people. You can take natural supplements such as grape seed extract or zinc. You can also take indol 3 carbinol, ic3. It will reduce estrogen levels naturally. I have used and it works great.

I use fina but have never experienced those specific side effects but it makes sense. Finasteride will affect your DHT levels which can play a role in your overall libido. This is different from your testosterone level so one can be high while the other low and this still may have an effect in some people. I have found that using a DHT derived drug like Proviron, which also binds to SHBG, to be very effective at increasing my libido in a natural feeling way. This probably works because as I am getting DHT out with the fina I am supplementing another DHT compound and this gives a better balance in my body. It makes sense and reducing SHBG is a really good thing for your gains as well as your sex life. Also I am assuming you are taking testosterone but how about HCG? I ask because if you are taking testosterone and with Finasteride lowering your DHT perhaps you are not naturally making any sex hormones and this can be affecting your homeostasis too. This is from my knowledge as a Biology/Nursing graduate and experience using these compounds. Just some food for thought. It’s worth giving Proviron, 25mg every day, a shot and see how that works. Hope you figure it out and get those nuts off ASAP. Good luck.

If you are taking finasteride for hair loss concerns may I suggest there are better ways. Topical products exist by prescription that stop the loss AND restore thinning hair to a degree. Eliminates the sexual side effect risk of oral finasteride. Here`s what I have used for the last 3 years quite successfully:Minoxidil 10-20%, Latanaprost , Finasteride 0. 1%, Azelaic Acid 1. 5%, Tretinoin 0. 0125%, Progesterone 0. 25%. Product comes in an odorless cream for BID application to a moist scalp. Also comes in a spray.

If you are on trt then you do not need to worry about the finasteride side effects which are shown to occur in a very small percentage of patients. If you`re that worried then drop 3-4 mg of finasteride in a minoxidil bottle, shake it up and apply 1-2 ml every morning. Topically has been show to work with minimal side effects.

The best thing for deca dick and progesterone and prolactin side effects is cabergoline AKA dostinex. I`m assuming that you`re also taking test. If that`s the case you`ll also want to make sure that your test dose is higher than your deca dose. Hope that helps. Don`t forget to vote. Thanks for the question.

Finasteride will not help, you need to get some cabergoline. If for some reason you can`t get caber, bromocriptine will work as well, but is NOT side effect friendly.

Finasteride will only help protect your hair from the conversion of testosterone to dht. Finasteride actually makes hair loss worse on deca because it stops it from converting to a less androgenic metabolite. Caber will help with deca dick because thats a prolactin issue.

Caber is the best option for deca. Your prolactin levels are high right now they need to be lowered down I`ve seen some people taking vitamin B6 in 600 milligrams. I would try that at 600 mg every day see what happens. If you can`t get in to get your order of caber anytime soon go with vitamin B6 as basically a last resort always have caber on for the following deca Tren NPP and I`m sure I`m leaving one out

Dude if you know you get deca dick then dont use deca. Some people get others dont. A great alternative is equipose and you can run it higher then deca with virtually no sides. Or at least low sides. Stay away from deca if it does that to you , you will have alot harder time to recover. If you havnt used it before I would just suggest running a good amount of test and maybe ever masteron for extra androgens if you run mast you can actually run test lower becuase it frees up test

I`m pretty sure that gets shipped from Singapore. It also slows down hair loss, helping to prevent it.

It could be shipped from several locations, depends what warehouse it’s in. As to sexually side effects as you know everyone is different when it comes to certain drug reactions. There is a laundry list of sides such as erectile dysfunction, testilcle pain, lower sperm volume, and even gyno. Just make sure you take your time and do some more research before starting anything just for the hell of it.

It “may” slow hair loss, but only after taking from months. Many report loss of libidi and a requirement for moderate ai while on it. The risk vs lack of reward is what has steered me clear. I recommend doing a lot of reading on it before you order. More reading than can be typed in a short Q&A here.

just give up on the hairyou are likely going to be on gear for the rest of you active adult life. so that means you will have to live on that stuff which also means you will get sides.. and loss of dick is one side i wont go with. but i guess it wont hurt to test drive it. but i read you have to be on it for many months before you see if its working ..

Dsn: finastride stops the conversion of testosterone to dht. This is not going to help you right now. You need to first stop taking anavar which is a dht derivative. You then need to start washing your hair with Nizoral shampoo which will block the dht at your scalp. You can buy Nizoral at Walmart.

Nizoral shampoo at prescription strength can be bought off of ebay, I`ve done it…just a tip. Also use it about thruce weekly, never everyday. Each use lather it into your scalp and let it soak in for about 3 minutes (i wait over 5 minutes). To speed up hair gain use morr 10% with topical finestaride, look it up on ebay.

I’ve run pretty high diesel kf anavar with no effects on my hair. I’m on finasteride full time. I know the dht of anavar is not affected by the fin but I guess it’s lower then the amount needed to cause shedding. Anyone thinking of using fin it does work, I stopped shedding over 6 years ago and after adding minoxidil actually got some of my receding hair line to come back and thicken up. Had sexual sides ar first but they just made it take like 20 minute to get the job done which was kinda a positive. The sides went away after a few months and Never returned. Also, the finasteride can keep your prostrate small when on test which is a bonus as well.

There are many dermatologists that specialize in hair loss and you can always suck it up and pay or an appointment with them and see what they recommend. They will be able to tell you what works because they only get paid when you come back and get another Rx. Even if you don’t take the prescription it would probably be worth your time as a lady to see what their opinion is and if Finasteride or something else could help you out. Good luck.

I am a female whose hair has thinned dramatically due to using anavar, EQ and NNP over the last 2 years. I am currently only on anavar (10mgs a day) and considering cycling off aas altogether. My question is will Finast help my hair density? Is it possible to gain the benefits of anavar while taking Finast. Thanks for any advise you can share.

The continued use off AAS is going to cause more hair thinning and hair loss. You were messing with some heavy hitters for a female…here`s the thing, I googled Finasteride and there is a site claiming 2.5mg per day helped with hair growth, and another site claiming that it doesn`t work for females altogether (seriously google: Finasteride hair loss women)…I hate to say it but maybe ask a doctor?? If you`re going to run AAS while pursuing Finasteride, I would expect you to experience similar negative sides…good luck with whatever you choose to do

Yes you can begin a Finast treatment and it will help. Also you can buy store brand minoxidil at a store for 8 dollars a bottle. Begin a regime of massaging that into you scalp everyday for 6 months. These two methods combined will yield lasting results. Be careful with the minoxidil not to get any on your skin other than your scalp.

I have experienced hair thinning as a male using similar compounds and Finasteride actually made it worse for some reason. Minoxidil is the only thing that appears to work but for me it thinned to a point and then stopped and now my hairline is the same albeit further back than what it was although it’s good enough for me. I spent a long time in the Marine Corps where I had basically a bald head so I’m used to that look and don’t need glowing locks or anything. But just wanted to share that because I’ve heard other people having the same thing happen to them and I don’t want you to hear that it helps with thinning hair only to see it get worse. I believe it’s because low DHT also causes hair loss similar to high DHT. So maybe ask your physician or see someone who specializes in this area as I’m sure it’s way more important to you than for me being a woman and all. Good luck I know this can be very stressful and if you do see results from something be sure to check back with us and tell us what you’ve learned. But I would try Rogaine and see how that works.

I would recommend stopping AAS all together. These are male hormones you`re using, so you have to be very careful with what you take. Discontinue use all together and monitor if it improves. Gove it time for your body to recover your levels. If after several months it`s still thinner, then maybe look at finasteride. But don`t just jump on it. Let your body try and recover itself.

Hello, Yes you can try finast. It can help with the density and thickness of the hair due to aas use but to some it doesn`t fully does the job. Lowering your aas dose and finast may be best if you dont see the results you wsnt with current dose. But try it out as there is nothing to loose. Some get it more than others. Thays why I never ever recommend aas to woman unless there natural production is less than normal ranges, no insult intended. But try it out you may be surprise. Good luck.

Honestly I’m not going to sugar coat it. Nothing works. Especially anything over the counter is a waste of your money. It’s all part of the game. I just shave my head lol. Not that I’m telling you to shave yours. But it is easier for a guy. The only option is hair plants

Wgats up bud. Finast is more for lowering dht levels. Its used for hairloss and prostate shrinkage. I would consider using acutain from Dragon pharma. But please be careful. These meds are dangerous. Good luck bud.

Nope YD1 is correct. OTC or Rx topical benzoyl peroxide products and a little sun should do just fine. I am hesitant to mention this because this product is soooo dangerous (liver, extremely dry skin, possibley even suicidal/homicidal ideations and is a teratogenic agent for fetus in child bearing women) but accutane is a cure for acne (at least until you do your next cycle) 20-40mg 2-3 times a week for like 3 weeks max. Should only be considered in the most severe cases of cystic acne, but I have seen it work miracles. I only mention this in the spirit of answering the question completely and do not recommend because of the above mentioned SE
