Hey naps, i`m having trouble getting my body fat low, ive tried a little clen but that`s more for the last percentage to cut which is hard, i`m far from that, i`ve tried everything any advice or gear i can take? i haven`t done any gear yet.

Dont do any gear until you have your diet under control and weight going in the right direction. If you`re dieting and exercising (including cardio) and not losing weight your hormones are all fucked up. You could take a low dose AI or Clomid but you need to regulate your leptin and insulin. IF is the best way, and boost GH which burns fat. Never eat more than 12 hours on a day. Try to do 5/2 where 2 days you eat 600 cals and slightly lower than maintenance the other 5. You can do 1 week on 2 weeks off fast mimicking diet (600 cals/day or less). This will fix hormone imbalances, reduce insulin and leptin sensitivity and repair your liver. All cry also for weight loss. Google these things and research.

If you have a lot to lose, I would consider investing in some hgh. You don’t have to take a lot just 2ius for around 6 months, cardio consistently is a must, as well as diet. Steroids do not burn fat but they can help contribute with muscle recomp.

Get an app that helps you calculate your intake of calories make a decicit of 500 caleries per day. T3,clen,fragment hgh, and Cardarine if you are into sarms and cardio. Nothing is a miracle drug to get you thin it takes a steady deficit. If you want to lose weight faster do 250mg test per week split on 2 doses, and get anavar or turinibol either for 50mg a day for 8 weeks.

I could second good exscerise and nutrition program. HGH would be good too, start at 2iu and get up to 4iu a day. The colored tops are good place to start. HGH does take 3-6 months to see results so you will have to be patient.

This is going to sound like too simple to be it. But take arimadex and cut out dairy including whey. I was soft for a decade of training and wasn`t u til I cut out dairy I realized I was lactose intolerant and tightened up and have absyear round

At this point it isn`t the supplements that aren`t working man it`s more than likely your diet that isn`t on point. Remember calories in vs calories out. Don`t rely on these drugs man

If you`ve never taken Clen before start at no more then on pill taken in the morning. If you have a history of problems with stimulants then start with a half tab to assess for tolerance. It can effect sleep which is why I say take in morning. You can work your way up to 3 tabs a day but again I`d take them in the morning so you can still get that deep sleep we all need for recovery. I have ran clen a few times. I found for me a 2 week cycle of starting with 20mcg the first 2 days, 40mcg, another 2 days, 60mcg for 1 day and 80mcg for 3 days. Depending on how I`m feeling I may go 100mcg for a day or 2 and maybe 120mcg for a day. Then back down. Usually dropping the 40mcg dose. It raises the heart rate and makes me sweat easier. I found going harder on my calorie deficiency and a little more cardio works better. I am below 10% body fat when I start to cycle it. Moving forward I believe clen is over rated and in theory works grea . But I have found cardio and diet works best. HGH frag worked better and is safer in my opinion. These fat accelerators work best when one is sub 10% or 9% body fat. Good luck

I would do 40mg per day max dose, wouldnt go higher than that and i do 2 weeks on two weeks off. Clen is hard on the heart.

clean diet and cardio is always better man, clen can cause serious issues with your health . i did once day 1 20mcg increases by 20 until i reached 80, then decrease it so in total do 2 weeks then 2 off, stay safe

Diet & exercise. Gear doesn`t do the work for you. T3 and 176aa has a better effect on metabolising fat over clen with out them brain damage. Keep asking questions
