It depends entirely on what you are aiming for? E.g bulking or cutting, strength, endurance…….ect ect.

I personally like, Deca, test e, tbol, mast, running caber & adex. And 2-4 ius of growth a day for a bulk even without the growth you’ll turn into a monster if your diet and training is in check and a cut Deca, test, tren, var caber and Aromasin with 2-4 ius of growth and you’ll freaky.

Im63yrs old and just got over a very bad car accidentant lost a lot of weight and muscle, so Im looking for alittle size and muscularity with the NNP. what would be the best stackwith that? Always stack any 19-Nor steroid with test as bade to insure you won’t go through any nandrolone based side effects. After that you continue to stack with another product if you wish.

Test as a base would and if you want to come out more drier then adding any DHT derivative is good as well.

I just injected some mast and test and I`m currently having a terrible coughing for as if I just injected tren. This has never happened to me before. Is this because i hit a blood vessel? Just slightly concerned here.

It could be caused by hitting a blood vessel or your body could just be reacting the way it would if tren was injected your body trying to accept this new foreign substance so it reacts in a sporadic cough.

It could be from nicking a vessel, any compounds can cause that sensation, Tren and primo have been the worst for me. I always tend the pull back multiple times throughout the injection to help avoid this from happening. Make sure and rotate sites frequently, I’ve noticed the “cough” for me tends happen more often at sites with more scar tissue from multiple injections over the years. Try to remain calm and not panic and it’ll pass.
