40mg a day is perfect. Half life is 19 hours. Anything over 40mg a day to me, is a waste. only take for 50 days then stop. Repeat, do not exceed 50 days.. I have had wonderful results both physically and temperamently with TBol. Great mild steroid, perfect for a cycle or a bridge. Great choice.

I`ve never used this product, not do I know anyone who has used oral testosertone, but I have heard that for performance and muscle building, you need to take at least 240mg per day to see very modest results, 400mg or more for even decent results. This is because of the very poor oral bioavailability (7% I think) – meaning that 93% of the solution is wasted. With this in mind, this product is really only practical for TRT, and if you are deathly afraid of needles. Yes, although many people do “oral-only” cycles to avoid needles superdrol and any other oral is best stacked alongside injectable testosterone.

I`ve done that, yes you can. Be sure to keep superdrol about 4 weeks and not more because it`s very hepatoxic and you don`t want liver problems. I felt nothing in the way of nausea etc or appetite loss, fatique etc but everybody is different and the word is to be cautious with superdrol.
