Quick question guys. I am currently on the second week of my cycle. DP Test Cyp (1ml Monday and 1ml on Thursday). Also kick started with 10mg of DP superdrol ED For the first 4 weeks. (I use milk thistle for liver support ED as well). On previous cycles I usually don’t experience the estrogen related sides except maybe some sore nips toward the end. I do notice however, that my body retains a ton of water naturally even when maintaining a clean diet. I am 6’0″ and 225lbs and 30 years old. I reaver this product on hand as well. My question is, will taking .5mg of this every other day help with my water retention? I do have some prescription furomeside sp? that I would always use to help cut weight while wrestling in college and high school. I haven’t used this yet however either. What would the experts on here recommend for me and my cycle? Maybe something I never mentioned? I used to dream about the days while cutting down to 149lbs that I could drink water and eat normally. Now I just feel too bloated.

I would say that unless you are very estrogen related side effect prone, to just really increase your water intake. When your body realizes ample fresh water is coming in, it will naturally flush out old stagnant water as well as keep flushing out unneeded water along with toxins enabling a more efficient energized body capable of raising it`s metabolism thus using energy more readily. So you get some enhanced fat loss through metabolic enhancement as well as reduce bloat considerably. Furthermore you will need to read labels and eliminate sodium and avoid processed foods because sodium is used as a preservative. Use Himalayan pink salt instead for it`s 80 or such trace minerals in moderation to maintain electrolytes. Eat brocolli daily for its estrogen reducing ability. If you must use arimidex use half the recommended dosage because lowering estrogen too much is actually bad for your general health even for a male, and testosterone as well as other steroids need estrogen to work and synthesize muscle tissue, otherwise they may not work very well. Use the minimum effective dose of arimidex if all fails after a week or so and you`re still more bloated than you rather be. I hope you find this informative and helpful. Good luck with it man!

Are your nips sore? If Yes Arimidex at 0.5mg three times a week may help with the soreness as well as the bloating. Occasionally I`ll run HCTZ at 12.5 to 25mg a day ….it`s a diuretic like furosemide. Just take it easy on the diuretic use as it will lower your potassium levels. Also running an androgenic compound like Proviron at 50 to 100mg will cut the bloat out. And lay off the dairy as well, if you`re not already. Cheers man!

bloating is absolutely an estrogenic side, an AI will generally help for me it`s usually not enough and i use a diuretic as well especially if my BP is creeping up. Furosemide will work, its more harsh generally can cause cramping and generally needs to be dosed every 6 hours (thats where they got the brand name LASIX from, LAsts SIX hours). i prefer HCTZ/triamterene (naps has one called triseril i believe), but if you have more experience with lasix so be it, but an AI might be enough or you could try the lasix first, whatever your more comfortable with-watch potassium as lasix can deplete it as i`m sure you know.

I`m currently using Test P and have awesome results. I pin 100 EOD with no PIP. I`ve used Tbol as well and like it. Its good to experiment yourself. Naps sells good products. Give it try and if don`t like it, then don`t purchase them anymore.

So this is my first cycle using a longer ester (CYP). Before I`ve used prop. My question is, should I continue my arimidex up until the esters clear before PCT? Also would I up it or dose down those last couple weeks till PCT? Any info or advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hey bud you should only take arimidex as needed. Everybody is different when it comes to how much or how often its needed. At doses around 5-700mg of test a week I dont need it at all. I`m just note prone to estrogen, but other people do need it so it all depends on the person. If your not getting your bloodwork theres no real way to know besides noticing estrogen related sides, such as sore nipples. Good luck

Some people are sensitive to estrogen rebound after pct. If you are sensitive then keep taking arimidex at a lower dose than when on cycle to avoid gyno.

You`ll get lot of mixed answers, but ultimately it`s up to you and how you feel. With longer esters, they`re still working for 12-14 days after your last shot. If you have any high estrogen side effects then pop some arimidex. Watch your bp and water retention. Those are tell tell signs. I continued arimidex through my first week after my last injection and then tapered off from there until I no longer had estrogen sides. There really isnt a right or wrong way to do it. Good luck.

Did you need to start taking Arimidex because you experienced estrogenic sides? Or have you been taking Arimidex because you`re on cycle? The ester doesn`t mean anything as far as taking an AI. Also, you only need an AI if you show estrogenic sides. Unless you had puffy nipples, you can actually stop taking it and keep the rest on hand for if you need it. Some people never need an AI. Some only need it with high doses. Some need it with every dosing method.
