I`ve tried the plant based protein I`m honestly not a huge fan of it. I`d rather regular protein, but protein is protein I guess buy Definetely gatta eat meat as well.

Im not vegan by any means but a good vegan protein shake would be oats, bananas, strawberries, hemp seeds and almond milk to make a natural 35g+ protein shake. Good luck and put a straw in that coffee next time lol.

Sorry, I posted this reply on another question right below this so and hopes you see it for sure posting it again try less naked pea protein you can find it on Amazon. It`s great stuff three ingredients no fillers no other crap I honestly feel better taking this protein then all the other proteins I used to take. I put more information on the First Response down below my mistake but yeah look it up it`s good stuff.

My wife does. It`s called Vega or something… basically what you`ll want to look for is a “complete protein”. Evan protein is not naturally a complete protein and will require added bcaas but if you shop around you can find better ones that has all the stuff added in to make it what it needs to be.

This makes the assumption that you were not able to effectively digest milk based protein shakes. Do you have any reason to believe that fact? I have done quite a bit of reading on plant vs animal based protiens, and there is no evidence that I am aware of that plant digests easier.

I`ve run plant based protien and it has an earthy taste to it that I cant get passed so that was it for me. If you`re able to not miss that somewhat creaminess from regular protein products than you should be fine.

Photos of usually a day or 2. No need to worry there. Save the Adex too you see sides. Some people don`t need it. Since this is your first cycle i hope your just running a low dose test. Pay attention to how your body responds. You may not even need it. Good luck bro

You can wait for sides or just start a low dose like .25. If you sldecide to dose you can probably wait a week or 2. It takes that long for the estrogen to start building up.

You are on very low dose. Shutting down your estrogen is not good either. You need to find the balance. I would not take it unless you feel your nipples getting sensitive. If they start getting sensitive to the touch then cut your pill in half and start out .5 on Monday and Thursday with injection so you don`t forget to take it. I don`t need arimidex unless I`m at 1000-1500mgs of test. Then I take .5 eod and it`s a perfect balance. It takes years to figure out what works for your body. I have been competing for 25 years. I`m 44. Been there done that and seen more then you can imagine. Lots of luck to you be safe.

You just said exactly what I stated in your prior question. Good job on your research and understanding of gear! 350mg of test is a lot for a beginner. Plus why use lots when it`s working with little amount?? You can save the rest for later cycle! As for AI take half once you notice sides. Start w half pill eod. If sides subsides then great. If not take half ed. Some bros don`t have sides so you might not. Then you save money and not waste AI. It takes 2days to get approved. Fast I got was 1 day. So be patience.

It`s hard to understand what you are asking. You want a total 350mg test per week? 175mg on every Monday and 175 mg every Thursday will be fine. Some people say time it at 3.5 days. No need for that. Honestly I would get rid of the pills and stick to injections only. Run some deca or EQ. Pills are good when prepping for a show to get some added size and dryness. They are very toxic and easy come easy go. You lose your gains in 4-6 weeks. Why put your body through that stress. People will argue and say I`m wrong so do your own research and get your blood work done at the end of an oral cycle and make your own decision. See what it does to your liver enzymes and your cholesterol levels. Good luck bro be safe this is not a game

You should really just stick with test only for your first cycle at least. I would suggest go with the 350mg/week for about 10 weeks. You should see good gains from that if you`re eating and training right. Do your PCT then for your second cycle go up to 500. From there you can add other compounds for your 3rd cycle. You need to know how your body is gonna react to that much test what sides, what it feels like, etc. Then you`ll know when something is different, either better or worse. I dont know your training history but you can hurt yourself with Anadrol if you`re not well trained.

For the first cycle do Test only at 400mg a week to gauge how your body responds to test and if you are estrogen sensitive or not. Save the winny and adnrol for future cycles

Look at you brother man! All anxious to start. :). I totally understand though. First cycle go slow and low. Test250; pin only 0.75 ml which is 187.5mg. I say this because it`s going to be easy for you to draw and measure the oil. You don`t need a full 1mL in your first cycle. Pin twice a week. So that a total of 375mg of test250 a week. Go to 12 weeks. I guarantee your outlook, pump, etc will be awesome. Have AI ready when you feel sides. You don`t need to take it w gear if you don`t have sides.

It`s always a waiting game with those things, almost luck of the draw. If you look at the total number of votes, it`s usually relatively low compared to the amount of people who must use this site and its total traffic. More than likely when someone logs on to purchase a specific product, they see it`s now trending so they vote for it and wait for the outcome to see if it wins, then they stock up. You could take anadrol by its self and yes you would still need pct but your best bet is to take test with the anadrol for the best results and just do a pct at the end of your cycle.

yes you will most likely need them to get your normal system running back again and adex to prevent gyno, maybe cabergoline wouldn`t be a bad idea too as anadrol is a tricky one. Id say run 200-250mg per week of test E or C so you don`t get suppressed and you keep normal libido functions as anadrol will shut you down. but to answer your question yes for them both to make sure no gyno and you don`t mess up your T levels good luck on your cycle

Don`t take anadrol with out test. It`s not about getting better results at all. You need test for a base. Anadrol will drop your natural test to zero. You need to take minimum trt dose test as a base. You are going to need to do pct to get your natural test production back once you are off cycle. HCG 500iu a week while on cycle, then after your last pin wait a week or two then Nolva 40mg a day for two weeks then lower it to 20mg a day for another two weeks. Anadrol doesn`t convert to estrogen but it does make the estrogen receptors very sensitive so whatever estrogen you have in your system may cause gyno if you are sensitive, you can use nolva to combat that too.

You could but you would have minimal results as far as adding any real mass. Strength should see an increase but personally I would run test with it. Even if it`s only 250mg a week. And you will need something for liver protection like Liv 52 or milk thistle because you are running oral.

I tried the anadrol, it was absolutely anadrol. Ive done it enough to know exactly what to expect and it performed exactly as expected. Sent my LFTs into orbit after 4 weeks but that what happens with me, good size and strength gains quite a bit of water but like I said as expected, tablets are small and brittle and not scored so take that for what it is

Yeah it`s a good lab, Im a bit surprised that it took 24roids a while to have them on here as I have seen them on other sources of mine and read nothing but great reviews… I enjoyed there D bol and it was legit, Id even put it up there with Geneza D bol… quality was great and price is bad at all either.. On a side not the only lab I wasn`t really pleased with was BM pharmaceuticals.. I tried there susta a while back and even bumped it up to 750 mg a week and I felt it gave me more acne then anything lol other labs I can get by with 400 mg of susta and have awesome results.. Sorry I know that part wasnt about orals but just popped in my head.. lol could be all in my head but weird how one could have better results with one lab over another when most have the same dosing and all… anyways food for thought

I think they are good, compared to GP anyways which is my favorite. When I got them though I was concerned as Dr.Scott said because they weren`t scored and even when using a pill cutter the tan kinda crushed. With that being said for the price you can`t go wrong. Best of luck mate.

I am not sure what other commenters are commenting about. Glucocorticoids WILL affect your gains. Glucocorticoid hormones actually have the exact opposite effect on muscle cells than androgens, namely sending an order to release stored protein. They are catabolic!

If you go through the gear pics there was a guy that just posted in the last week about how great the Maha Pharma Anadrol 50 was.. Also the majority of the brand names on here have quality gear.. I just recently got off my kickstart of Anadrol 50 through Para Pharma labs and let me tell you it was awesome… Yes as of now Aaster is the buzz going around and they do have great quality gear but even if you choose to go with other labs, 24roids carries awesome products period… Oh and NO your shots will not affect your cycle… good luck

I ran test and deca cycles for 8 months but that`s when I was in my twenties and iam not 20 no more but you can run test all year round and it won`t hurt but other Steriods will. I ran 500 mg of test for almost a year and I run it still for about 4 mo the and then run a normal dose at 250 for the rest of the year.

It`s always good to take a break at least switch up compound s that being said the pros probably never come off or take a 2 month break after competition before going into the off season. If your still getting gains then that`s good but you might be jeopardizing health so get blood work done every once in a while to see how your body is doing. And change dosages every once in a while.

I would say if you were blasting and cruising and getting back on trt, you could run that dose for a little over 20weeks. If you are going to pct, you should probably come off, unless you can still train, or say you have a show.

Never ran a cycle longer than 16 weeks. You need to give your body some rest from higher than normal blood pressure and high ldl that comes with running a gear.

Longest cycle I`ve ran was EQ / Test at 20 weeks. It was too long….saturated receptors and at some point there are diminishing returns. Deca / test at 16 weeks was my next longest and also too long. I didn`t have any bad sides with either but at some point the gains will stop and it`s better to reset your system sooner than later. Today I feel 12 – 14 weeks should be the longest

Ive Definetely ran gear at around 500mg a week for over 6 months with no negative side effects. Everyones body is different and reacts differently. I didnt stop growing so I kept on going. Bloodwork was good so why not.

The longest I`ve ran gear was 20 weeks at low doses though. 500 mg of test isn`t ridiculous, 1200mg a week would be high. It`s always good to cycle off or some down to just test at 250mg a week do returns aren`t diminished.

You`re not suggested to run a blast longer than 20. Year takes a toll on your body and stresses your organs. It`s better to cruise and blast. Your receptors are more sensitive to short exposure

The longest I`ve ever ran anything was 18 weeks while taking proper maintenance. If you`re going to be running something higher than the normal TRT range then I wouldn`t suggest getting in top deep. That`s when you start to do damage, see sides and cause problems for yourself. Be smart about this. If you`re going to run something for a long period of time why dont you just take HGH? Also, no meed to post the same question so many times, you`re going to get a solid group of answers from just posting one. Good luck and be safe

Your body never becomes adapted or desensitized to test but other compounds have a diminishing return at about 8 weeks and good to switch those up ever 8-9 weeks. I`ve gone 6 months.

You can blast as long as you want but it takes a toll on your body. There`s no rush! Blast for. Few months rest and body agaon! Don`t push your body through a marathon then expect it to keep running right after!

I would cycle off now. 20 weeks at 500 is a big blast 16 weeks is my max. It is hard on your body to be on that much and come back off you can shut your self down for a long time you may need more than nolva and clomid to fix your problem is you keep going. I would use 100mg clomid 40 nolva per day for 30 days(9 days after last pin)

I`ve run cycles for 20-24 weeks but only when prepping for a show. It`s very suppressive and will tale just as long to recover to normal production if you`re not on trt

I`d say your cycle is appropriate to run for 7-9 weeks. I wouldn`t recommend it any longer. Then come off for 4-6 and run another for 8-10 weeks with a different compound.

Npp for 26 weeks seems very long. Compounds are really only effective for 7-8 weeks according to Dave polumbo. I`m hoping that was just the last. Many programs include a 20 blast of test and multiple drug changes through it. I`d plan on coming off and pct soon

I have 2 questions:1. I`m cutting, and I went from 188 to 183.2 in week 2 and it`s too fast, should I up my calories and get up to like around 185 in week 3 so that it won`t like affect muscle loss2. I`m cutting with 150mg test and 300mg mast and it`s perfect, but will only be for like 6-7 weeks but then I want to extend my cut on rad 140…. so should I finish the 6-7 weeks and then pct, then rad 140…. orrrr should I do 6-7 weeks then rad 140 then pct at the very end

Usually you`d bulk then cut. Continue cutting and switch up calorie intake as needed. Scrap the rad 140 and finish last 6 weeks of cycle with winstrol oral 50mg/day or Anavar 50mg/day. Cheers

It will slow down most of its water from less sodium and less carbs I dropped 7 lbs in 2 days when I started my cut eating clean foods and I guarantee none of it was fat just water. But 4 weeks later i averaged almost 2 lbs per week and that`s were i want to be. Your gear dosage is fine dont know nothing about sarms but dont increase cals just gold steady give it another week shoukd even out

Just because you drop weight does not necessarily mean you will automatically drop or lose muscle in a cut… you can be training hard on a caloric deficit, lose body fat but still hold onto your muscle so I wouldn`t let the loss of weight concern you.. as stated, forget about sarms after an aas cycle.. just finish with and stay with aas compounds.. you can still keep and even gain some muscle in a caloric deficit.. so many think this is untrue but you and anyone can do it.. it is training, intensity of training along with diet n protein intake.. stay focused on that and you`ll hold your muscle gains..

Hey Alan, I hope you mean 50mg and it`s a typo. I usually take 50-100mg of anadrol per day and definitely feel strength and size increase. Para Pharma is pretty reputable so I doubt it is fake. You are not taking this compound properly and if you have nipple sensitivity then how could it be fake? Maybe I don`t understand you correctly. If anadrol doesn`t work for you try switching to dbol. These compounds effect everyone differently as you know. Thanks for the question

That`s a good start although anadrol acts differnt and arimedex may not help the estrogen sides of anadrol becuase technically it isnt estrogenic it acts in a differnt way. But for the sustanon that`s a good dosage. If you have never ran a cycle before I would strongly suggest not to run anadrol especially at 100mg per day. That`s almost pro levels and not knowing how your body will react isnt good. You wont know if the side effects are coming from the test or anadrol. For first time anadrol usage I would say 50mg per day is fine. After 3 weeks if everything is good then you can bump it up to 100mg per day. The effects slow down after 3 weeks. Sustanon should be split at minium 2wice a week I say 3 1/2 days. I would nt start armidex until you feel you have to you may bot need it

Every time I run an anadrol cycle I always run it with tren as well to keep some of the water weight off and to help keep s good portion of the strength and gains from my anadrol. I use anadrol 50s but the first week to 2 weeks I cut in half and take twice a day. Then I bump up to 75 mg or 100 mg for 3 weeks and taper back down to 50 for the last week. After a couple weeks off completely I`ll throw one in a few hours before my lift just for a good pre and pump for a heavy lift session. It`s always safe to be careful with anadrol and not get too crazy. Good luck on the cycle!

I`m not sure about the anadrol but I am taking 500mg a week of Dragon Pharma testosterone enanthate. I had bloodwork done about 4 weeks later. My total testosterone was about 1200 ng/dl and my estradiol was 130 pg/ml. I started taking aaster arimidex at 1mg EOD while still on 500mg test a week. I had more bloodwork done this past monday which was about a month later and my total testosterone was 1836 ng/dl and my estradiol wasn 26 pg/ml. much better estradiol numbers well within normal range.

.5 is usually enough for me. I would start at .5 eod if this is not enough u can do .5 ed and go from there

I would start with that dose. Just listen to your body. If you are still having estrogen sides then up the dose. If your not then stay where yoyour at. No need to take more drugs then needed. Everyones different so its hard to say one dose is perfect for everyone. Some people dont need it all while others need it higher then .5mg.

Evan Johnson. There is actually lots and lots of research on liv52 and Tudca in peer reviewed respected medical journals in Europe and the Us supporting the use of these products for liver support. I mean lots of double blind placebo controlled studies published in respected peer reviewed journals in the US, Europe and India. I’ve read them all. To say otherwise shows me that you have no idea what you are talking about and is exactly the kind of wasted space answer that I specifically asked to avoid. Thank you to everyone else who answered my question. I have something to think about. I can say there is far less published info supporting the use of milk thistle and exactly way I stopped using it.

Unfortunately you will get wrong answers from people who did basically no research man. I`m also aware of liv52 government studies by the usa where it was shown helpful. I did not look into tudca as much because it costs 10X more than liv52. But i understand where you`re coming from. For instance decades ago it was accepted also that insulin needles would not pass oil or suspensions too but i see so many complaining about pip after using huge 25 gauge needles and getting pip. Yes, people need to do more research and along the way they`ll learn to bypass and disregard usless opinions lol i get you!

Tudca and liv52 or N2guard are the top go to liver supports with research to back it up, as far as his answer goes he obviously hadn’t done the research to make a logical answer, but I will say the function of these liver support supplements is not to “protect” the liver per se because no matter how you swing it, orals will always be rough on and damage the liver that’s why you have a lot of bodybuilders with fatty liver disease all of these support supplements are designed to cleanse the liver and heal it at a rate faster than naturally would allow. This is why you should take a combo of Tudca or liv52 with choline&inositol to have an all around liver cleansing supplement regimen

I would rather go with those than go with nothing.. liv52.. works.. and if it`s activated by Placebo.. then at the end of the day it`s still works however it works….

I have been using milk thistle or lately liv52 for years with great success. Well, I have never gone without so I guess I will never truly know. But my question is, has anyone ever used ludca for liver protection? I’ve read some encouraging studies but I get liv52 cheaply and easily and my liver values have never gone too far out of range even when running hard and always return to normal. I am looking for someone who has actual experience with these products and hopefully lab values to support your answer, I have read all the studies. Again, please, this is a very specific question and I am looking for someone with actually experience. I am not intersested in what you heard or or what you think. I hope this doesn’t sound harsh but I’ve been around awhile and if it’s something that you heard, I’ve probably heard it too. And I’ve done lots of research on both of these products so if it’s something that you think then it probably has occurred to me as well. Experience only please, good or bad. Thanks

I`ve only ever used Tudca for liver support. Mill thistle really doesn`t do anything and I knew how good tudca when I started my use. Tudca recovers my bloodwork very quickly and based on different prep coaches I`ve spoken with, is what`s considered the best liver support available. Highly recommend

I have used both TUDCA and NAC and both work great for controlling liver values. NAC is standard but TUDCA is if you really want to get the job done.

Tudca would be my #1, Liv 52 #2 and Milk Thistle #3. Back in the day I took only Tudca on cycle and 30 days following and it kept my liver good to go even on harsh and long oral cycles w/labs to confirm. I believe in all three working and today use all of them together…milk thistle post oral mainly and the other two on.

Whhen should ibtake this in the morning full dose or should i split the doses up throughout the day like dianabol. I know this has a longer half life than dbol . With the dbol id take 10mg in the am 20mg pre workout and 10 mg in the evening. But i was thinking for the anadrol maybe 59 mg in the am and 25mg pre workout? I dont want to go crazy high with the doses. Thanks guys for any advice

I think you`re on the money there with splitting the dose just as you have described. That`s what I do and it seems to work well enough. Anadrol is pretty toxic so yeah go easy on the dose and length on it.

Since these are 50mg you`d have trouble doing 10/20/10, but that would be your best bet for steady blood levels. With 50mgs, split the pill and do 25/25. Make sure you`re running a testosterone base though.

Not sure what your goals are here. What works well is 75mg per day and I don`t care how. Some do 50 pre workout then 25mg 12 hrs later as this creates the pump they hope for. For better effect run 25mg every 8hrs. You can always up to 100mg 2-3 weeks later. Keep asking questions

Anadrol is a very fast acting steroid and it`s effects can be noticed towards the end of the first week. It is important to note that Anadrol can be liver toxic if not used responsibly. Keep cycles of this steroid short, preferably 6 weeks or less, and to keep doses to 100 mg or less daily. 50 mg two times daily around 10 to 12 hours apart.

What you described is correct. Split doses, even with the extended half-life, is always better. The less stress one puts on the liver is recommended.

Hey Bros. When you guys order from a lab like ParaPharma, SIS, Aaster do you do so due to the quicker shipping time or for the quality of the gear? It’s more expensive and I usually default to one of the above mention brands but have used Geneza and Dragon as well and they seemed just fine but took a lot longer, about twice as long, to reach me. Just curious as to what you guys think.

Most people order the European brands because they ship to the US faster and are scrutinized less by customs. The quality of the gear is probably similar. All products on 24roids are legit so that is of no concern. I usually stick to Geneza and Dragon due to pricing/quality and bear the wait time but you might want something different.

Regardless of what brands I`ve ordered most arrived between 2 to 3 weeks. Mostly in the 2 week range. I think it is hit or miss and the brand doesn`t have much to do with it.

They take longer because of shipping origin, I’ve used dragon, geneza, para, sis, hilma, and aster and for me the quality is all on point but they all offer different products and varieties so if you can wait for the shipping time dragon will give you good quality and variety but you can get the same quality from basic cycles of the eu brands

Those are European brands. I guess it costs more for them to make it in Europe. I`ve used Dragon Pharm and they shipped out of Malaysia and they`re potent believe me. I`ve done Sis test and they are great as well. I`m living in the states and Sis takes about 9 days from the day it shipped to get here. Dragon Pharm would take about a little over 3 weeks. Keep in mind that sometimes your package will get hold in custom for checking whatever but I always get them. 24roids is legit!

Hey Bros. In your experience did you need to run Nolva at the same time as you ran Anadrol-50 in a cycle? Haven’t ever tried the drol but looking to and saw some people I heard from were getting gyno that wouldn’t be helped with a typical Aromasin/Arimidex/AI. How much did you use if you did? Look forward to hearing your experiences.

Im really sensitive to estrogen and get gyno symptoms from most aas. It really depends on how sensitive you are and the only way to tell would be blood work. Im actually about to start anadrol for the first time in about two weeks and im going to be using letrozole with it because i dont want to risk it at all. But aromasin will work for most people.

I’ve used Anadrol back in the days where AI’s were unheard of, and was lucky enough not to get any estrogen related sides. But in my experience, Aromasin, (exemestane) is one of the stronger anti-estrogens and has been shown to greatly suppress the body’s estrogen levels, even though Anadrol doesn’t convert to estrogen, but it can put your estrogen receptors into overdrive, so a little turns into a lot and this can be very effective in keeping these side effects at bay. Whereas Tamoxifen, or Nolva, is an a Estrogen killer not a just suppressor and is much stronger and needs to be taken with care. Because you need some estrogen to keep your ratio In balance. I’d try the Aromasin first, if that doesn’t work, you can start the Nolva at 1/2 a tab EOD, until your sides disappear.

I am extremely sensitive to estrogen as well. I have never relied on a SERM to help with the prolactin build up, I rely on my AI. Letrozole is the only AI that works for me…unfortunately I need to take it every single day on a cycle…even on a trt dose of test. Everyone is different. 1.25mg ed but this is overkill for like 99% of people….Get some blood work to understand your body`s levels pre cycle, mid cycle, post cycle. I did this and it helped tremendously. It took me a good 3 cycles to figure out how I respond to compounds. Good luck

I did bot run anything with anadrol just a test base I kept water retention minimal by keeping sodium regulated and carb intake regulated. I did not notice any estrogenic side effects and to my knowledge I dont think nolva or armidex really helps becuase it works differently in you maybe Letro if it really gets bad but for me didnt need anything and that was 50mg per day split with approx. 270mg test per week both GP products

I’ve had sides with anadrol. Usually take some Arimasex at .5 every other day and it knocks it out within a week. Nolvadex may help but I don’t see how it may be better as compared to Arimadrx

Clomid can be taken after at 50 mg for 2 weeks and 100 mg for another 2 weeks. In terms of preventing gyno while using I would suggest taking running Letro aromasin or arimidex while you are using. EQ or Deca can be stacked with it although stacking Deca with Tren increases your risk of gyno that isn`t related to the aforementioned AIs since they are both 19-nor compounds so you should keep caber on hand.

For such a heavy cycle, I would run hcg for the last 6 weeks of cycle at 250iu twice a week and start running clomid immediately after your last pin at 100/100/100/50/50 mg a day. For gyno purposes I would run Aromasin because it’s a suicide inhibitor and prevents the aromatase enzyme from latching on to the receptors, I would run a full 25mg everyday while taking anadrol and 12.5mg everyday for the remainder of the cycle. I would also run caber the whole time your running tren at .25mg every 3 days preferably before bed to reduce any chance of sides. As for Deca/eq you can run either one but I’d recommend eq because Deca is also a nor-19 steroid like tren you will run into prolactin problems unless you bump up caber dosages significantly.
