I find that 30 mg is my sweet spot for dbol. Take 10 in the morning, 10 preworkout, and 10 at night. Run 4-6 wks with liver protect

50mg per day is a good start how much primo you running? If your cutting 400mg per week should be good but sounds like your trying to add mass I would run the primo at 600. Good luck

I would start with 40mg a day and split it in 2 doses. 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. try to take one of the 29mg an hour before workout. that will give you a boost in workout. Dbol half-life is 5-6 hours so some brothers spread the daily doses every out to get leveled blood. And since it has a short half-life you can adjust dose to accommodate your goal. in other words, start with 40mg and gradually increase to 50mg or 60mg. I would not recommend to go higher since it`s your first dbol cycke. Plus dbol can add a negative synergistic effect on estrogen conversion when taken with test. So keep an eye out for elevated estrogen including gyno. Good luck buddy! And dont forget to vote so a brother can eat.

Im with zilla, 30 mg a day is my sweet spot too. Maybe cuz Im 46 years old, but I get side effect easier now than 15 years ago. If your in your 20`s yet, push it a little to see how you react. Ps Liv 52 works great for liver protectant/detox, milk thistle slid me closer to gyno, I think it has estrogenic properties.

I personally find 40-50mg a day great. Since these are 50s, I`d split and take twice a day. When I get 10mg pills, I usually run 40mg. You can go to 75mg by splitting all and taking 25mg 3 times a day. You`ll get some water weight, but i fucking love how I feel on it.

30-50mg is a pretty standard dose. I always suggest starting lower and going up vs high and lowering doses. Start with 30mg split to two doses a day, and go to 40mg. If you feel good there without feeling ill, headaches, you can increase. Take for 3-5 weeks and you can make a lot of great gains out the gate.

Its 3 packs at 50 each (150 tabs total). I have the same thing on the way. Great deal as the tabs do justbturn bad at the expiration date, they will be good and potent forbquite a while yet!

Total will be 150 tablets. So it`s 3 packets of 50 tablets each. And like the above answer, these tablets last actually a few years beyond the stated expiration date. Expiration dates are for legality and safety. For instance if there was no expiration date, people may be tempted to use a medication even twenty years later at which point half the potency can concievably be destroyed. However tablets as well as oil based solutions etc do last at least a few years after the stated date of expiry. A real life example is that I used sustanon 250 about 8 years after it supposedly expired, yet it was still beyond potent. Anyway good luck man. And stock up not only on near expiration or good until a certain date items, but the potw is a great money saver as well, especially if you are in need of a particular item. Heck even if you`re not, I`d stock up regardless because not only do you get half off, but can wind up having items to stack creating additional cycles. Good luck!

Each pack contains 50 tablets and your getting 3 packs so 150 tablets total. Great deal and the potency will be fine I`ve used orals way past the expiration and the potency was still there
