Depends on a lot of factors that only bloodwork can determine. Like height, weight, bf %. Without that idk because everyone is different but you could plan on 1/2 mg anastrazole for every 250 mg of test. but you only want to use anastrazole if you are converting a lot of estrogen. Wait for water retention, itchy nipples, elevated blood pressure and acne as signs of high estrogen. You will need clomid and nolvadex for your pct.

Hello Dylan, I just ordered these and they shipped the 21st. Clomiphene and Nolvadex are used for PCT (post cycle training) 4 weeks after your last injection (you must leave time for the half-life to clear out). You would do this in the following schedule: Clomiphene, 4 weeks at 100/100/50/50 MG ED split dosing AM and PM then onto Nolvadex which is the same schedule except the MG being 40/40/20/20. There is also HCG that some do and some do not, I always include it into my PCT regimen at the beginning, before and sometimes with Clomiphene. Only use an AI (anastrozole) or a SERM on cycle if you have gyno symptoms and/or high estrogen (hormone bloodwork needed). Anastrozole: it is only recommended to take these when you have the sides associated with the need for them. Gyno (lumps under the nipples or the areolas are becoming puffy and elongated, look up images for clarification) water retention and bloating are signs of high estrogen build up and erectile dysfunction, inability to orgasm or ejaculate and loss of sexual interest are signs of high prolactin and/or estrogen build up (get a blood test for this if signs are there to be sure). For estrogen take Anastrozole .5 MG EOD because the Half-life of the medicine is 40-50 hours (1.5 – 1.7 days) and you would take this until the sides disappear then proceed to .5 MG E2Ds. If the sides do not subside and get worse, stop all AAS and proceed with .5 MG ED. If you have Nolvadex on-hand, try that first for gyno; once the sides go away then use the AI. Yes you can do this, I said to stop all AAS if someone`s Gyno is getting worse with medications. There are people really sensitive to it out there, I have seen some guys and kids in poor shape because of it. Anyway, you have to know that Nolvadex is a SERM, it does not stop estrogen from forming, thats Anastrozole, it selectively medicates estrogen away from breast tissues. Its the first line used against Breast cancer in women and then an AI is used. Start with 40 MG ED then step lower it down as the puffyness goes away completely then use the AI at .5 E2Ds. Make sure to get blood tests to know how much to take.

Also, I just ordered it and I plan on doing it either Sunday/Wednesday or Monday/Thursday. I`m gonna be on eq 600 ew and deca 300 ew then anavar 50 ed the last 8 weeks and tbol first 4-6 weeks at 30-40 ed. I`m gonna split the eq on the same days as the test and same as deca. I just don`t know how fast the eq`s half life is and if I need to inject more.

To DylanB and CodyS: Well (codys) that is 1.5 Grams of AAS a week to start off, that`s quite a bit for a brand new run. I would not inject more EQ, 600 MG is enough for a Race Horse for a month bro, the half life of the undecylenate ester (~14 days) is longer than decanoate (~7-9 days) but not as long as undecanoate (~33 . 9 days). Too be honest with you, most guys inject way too much for how long the half-lives actually are. Since you are injecting Sustanon, Nandrolone Decanoate and Boldenone Undecylenate, all the esters used in these compounds will still be yielding results way past your 20 week mark to stop bro. Lets say the last day you inject all 3 is October 1st, you will still have a lot of AAS in your system being used or un-chained to be used; literally based off of the half-lifes you will still have AAS in your system a 8 weeks later and at 14 weeks later is when it reaches a negligible amount. This is why I and others recommend a longer PCT and why I advise waiting 4 weeks at the least before starting PCT. I wanted to say this but I kept forgetting, but its here now brothers. ok sounds good and so ill wait 4 weeks past and do the hcg 5000 iu every other day 500 the first 2 then 250 the rest and do the hmg 15 iu eod for 10 days it was that you said if I got 150 iu of it and that`s what I got. also I got all the nova clomid and Aremidex too.

Use the nolvadex during cycle if you get swelling around nipple. Sounds like you know you need for pct. if you get itching sensitivity ,small lump etc ,then use arimidex or astrazole But the old timers back in the day only used nolvadex for estrogen during cycles when needed

I mean you “can”, but you will limit effectiveness of PCT. There is a reason everyone recommends clomid and nolva together as PCT. I also strongly recommend considering HcG for PCT too. You can use bananas for PCT, but it doesn`t mean it will be as effective. PCT sucks, order the clomid.

Yes you can. Some use hcg also. To regain fertility for instance say after 15 or 20 years or more of non stop heavy steroid usage individuals opting to have children use hcg with clomid and add along hmg too. Now every individual is different. Many, many pro bodybuilders have accidentally or as well as purposefully had babies while on heavy steroid cycles. What it means is everyone reacts differently not just to steroids but to any drug or even food. Some might not even need pct. In your case nolvadex should be fine. If you wish you can add hcg for safe measure although probably not needed based on a simple moderate cycle. Some blast and cruise. Wanna keep gains and prevent an endocrine system roller coaster ride of ups and downs? Then just cruise at 250mg but not over 300mg Testosterone weekly. You`ll preserve all gains plus when you`re ready you can blast again. Just research blast and cruise to learn more. In the end there are many options, you`ll react differently from the next guy because we all do. What you decide should be based on your personal preferences. I mean it`s better then nothing… at the end of the day if ur gunna use gear you should have hcg nova and clomid before u even start ur cycle. Everyone ends cycle and says oh shit I needa pct then they dont and crash there levels, loose there gains and get depressed and get worst gyno and acne. Why work that hard on cycle to loose it. At 600mg a week you deff have shut your natural test off. Take the nova but if you can I`d stay on atleast trt dose testosterone until you have everything to cycle off properly but that`s just me. Hello Joe, you can but at the same time it will not be as effective as using HCG 5000 IU split into doses, then using Clomiphene at 100/100/50/50 and then finishing it off with Novladex at 40/40/20/20. Some also use HMG in addition to the PCT protocol for an additional boost to get the hormone system restarted. If you are going to use an AI then I would only use it if you have gyno signs because if you crash your estrogen while coming off of a cycle where you are not producing much natural Testosterone yet, you will feel horrible and stand to loose the gains that you acquired, not to mention a whole systematic issue. Not sure what your looking for, tamoxifen is intended to block estrogen from binding to the receptors at the nipple so if you were feeling pain from gyno i can tell you that in my experience within 2-3 days the pain begins to fade, for me it takes a while for that to go away completely. I know many use nolva during PCT and thats fine especially if protecting against gyno, and nolva does raise FSH and LH mildly but it was never designed to do this and i can telll you that when i have my labs tested while on nolva for gyno, it barely moves the needle in terms of inc fsh lh and endogenous test. So if you were using it for pct alone i wouldn`t expect any huge jump. but you never really said so kind of unsure how to answer you better, sorry

This is for PCT and you won`t “feel” anything other than returning to normal after a cycle. If you`re running as a pct, you`ll run it for 4 weeks, but taper down after 2.

I believe it’s 4 weeks total. You take 40mg daily for 2 weeks and then 20 mg daily for 2 weeks for a total PCT. I think it also depends in your cycle. I’m taking Test C at 300 a week.

Hey Graham, I can feel nolva working the same day that I take it. Starting at 20mg is a good place to start and if that doesn`t work up it to 40. Can start with taking it every other day and if in a week you are still experiencing sides up it to every day. Also consider taking arimidex while on cycle if gyno sides are from excess estrogen. If gyno sides are from prolactin, you`ll need caber to control that. The only way to know what`s really going on is to get blood work. Don`t be afraid to talk with your doctor as they will know a way better course of action than most people in the comments section. Thanks for the question.

It usually takes 6 days to saturate the receptors and prevent estrogen from binding to them. You can take 40mg a day for the first week then 20mg a day so while you are bringing down your estrogen with an AI(letro or arimidex) the gyno is not growing.

Nolvadex will start working right away after taking it. You should feel the sides subsiding in a few weeks though. Takes a while for the tender nipples to go away. Be consistent with it and don`t skip a dose. 20mg a day should be fine

Make sure you have Clomid in your PCT. HCG is optional. I`ve never felt the need to run during my years of cycling. Yes, clots can be scary. That`s why you have to weigh the risk vs reward before you ever make your decision to use AAS. I`d recommend throwing in baby aspirin AM and pre bed as a preventative measure.

For a cycle…personally I will run it 500mg a week.. 2 shots.. and use Arimidex not nolvadex.. at .25 a week.. I will run this for 3 months then take a month off then repeat..Remember to rotate injection site glutes are the best place to inject… .. HCG is completely optional. its just for your nuts to return to the regular size which you may not even experience shrinkage ..it varies from person to person.. . but it also won`t hurt to add it

Hcg is personal preference. It`s up to you otherwise the normal protocol should be fine. Now about blood clots unless your very unhealthy and obese I sont think you have to much to worry about especially just on test 500 per week doesnt really so that. But it would be a good idea if your worried to see a doc get a blood test maybe donate some blood. And if you have pre existing blood clot issues you may want to stay away from aas and consult a physician

Honestly it sounds like you have no business doing steroids right now. Clen isn’t even a steroid, and only burns an additional 300 cal per day. It’s for those that have impeccable diet and exercise, and need to get rid of a stubborn couple of percentage points of body fat once they are already below 10%.

As a general rule, steroids will dramatically reduce your natural testosterone so it’s a good idea to run at least a base level of test in every cycle. Presumably you are looking to cut based on your proposal. I would definitely avoid Clenbuterol unless you know how to run it. You might look at T3. Mostly I would recommend doing some more reading about gear so you have a better idea of how to meet your goals. At steroid.com there is a free e-book you can download that I found very helpful.

Judging by your name, you`re not female. If you`re not female, you should never run an oral only cycle. It`s completely pointless because your testosterone production is shut down and you cannot hold anything you build. During and after cycle you don`t have testosterone, so your strength and mass will go back to where you were at. You at least need to inject Test to have test available in your system to build and hold onto your progress.

I believe that they are both needed. Andways incorporate them together, as do many others I know. Nolvadex at 40mg a day for 2 weeks and 20mg a day for the following 2 weeks. But along side of that most will also run clomid at 100mg for the first 2 weeks and 50mg for the following 2 weeks. This is the standard run for literally anyone I know.

Either option is going to be fine. .. if you were not on cycle for an extremely long time, I would just resumes your testosterone shots until you have the PCT in hand, then wait the appropriate amount of time to start. At 2. 5 weeks, you are likely at about normal levels of testosterone, so you haven`t really started a recovery yet anyway. Good luck!

Personally I would not have stopped my shots until my PCT products arrived, but that`s just me. I would have done 200mg/week of test cyp/enanth (trt dose) until my stuff came. If I were you, I would do 200 or 150mg/week until your PCT arrives. Best of luck.

Your PCT should start at 2 weeks post cycle. That`s when everything is pretty much cleared out of your system and the estrogen rebound may occur. Plan ahead and have your PCT on hand before you even start your cycle in cass you have to abruptly end your cycle. Never start a cycle without having PCT and ancileries on hand. Usually naps orders are received about a month after purchase with the international shipping.

If your cycle ends with even one large ester anabolic steroid, if you’re only using a SERM you will begin SERM therapy approximately 14-18 days after your last injection. If you’re going to use hCG, you will begin hCG therapy 10 days after your last injection, complete it for 10 days and then begin SERM therapy. As for small esters, if your cycle ends with all small ester based anabolic steroids and you’re only using a SERM you will begin SERM therapy approximately 3 days after your last injection. That’s sucks friend! You should start your pct 2 weeks after your last pin with the long esters; anything with Enanthate like our colleagues just mentioned. Simple mistake and you won’t make it again but you always have your pct and any ancillaries to counter any possible negative sides On Hands. In other words, have everything ready before you start your cycle. Seeing that you only need tamoxifen and it’s an antagonist I hope your sides is not a bad. However, you also need Clomids to kick start your natural test production. Hopefully you order those too. Not knowing what your cycle is. At this point you just need to wait it out. And hopefully it will arrive sooner than later. And yes it usually takes 3-4weeks after order is shipped before it get to your door. Hang in there my friend and good luck!

I couldn’t agree with the others more, you simply must obtain your pct products in advance. The benefits of starting your cycle before your pct is in hand will be heavily outweighed by any negative consequences you may suffer as a result of cycling off without the appropriate gear (e. g. clomid, Arimidex, etc. ). Nolvadex is a SERM which blocks estrogen receptors but doesn`t physically reduce the flow of estrogen in the body. Your best bet for handling estrogenic side effects like water retention and gyno is an AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) such as Anastrozole (Arimidix), or if you`re very sensitive to estrogen, Exemestane (Aromasine). The main use for SERMs such as Nolvadex & Clomid is for raising LH and FSH production to kickstart natural testosterone again (Which is Post-Cycle Therapy), but on-cycle they have little to no use.

Having Nolvadex on hand is never a bad idea. However using it in the scenario being questioned isn`t advisable. A more effective approach would include something along the lines of Arimidex, Aromasin, or Letrozole. On a side note, if you`re retaining water, especially since clenbuterol is on board, keep an eye on your blood pressure. If it were me I`d drop the clen all together until the water retention was eradicated. I hear people say that it`s normal to have retention with a longer ester testosterone. However, medically speaking there`s just no scientific reason to run around bloated putting up with any of the other issues or risks that come with a fluid retention issue. If you`re retaining fluid, it`s because something else is out of whack. If you`ve been using Nolvadex in place of a true aromatase inhibitor that might be where the problem lies.

Nolvadex (aka Tamoxifen) will NOT help at all with water retention. It is commonly used on cycle to prevent estrogen related side effects (specifically gyno) by blocking estrogen at the receptor site. A better choice to reduced bloat /water retention would be an “AI”, or aromatase inhibitor such as Exemenstane (brand name Aromasin) or Anastrozole (brand name Arimidex). When dosing these compounds, start with half of the standard dosage and increase as needed, being VERY careful not to “crash” your estrogen levels which will lead to very unpleasant side effects. Aromasin as a “suicidal” AI is preferred to Arimidex, but much more expensive. Both will get the job done!

Primo doesn’t aromatize but test does so if you are sensitive to aromatizing testosterone then you will need arimidex which is an aromatase inhibitor. Nolvadex is a serm which doesn’t stop aromatization only regulates estrogen in certain receptors
