Just the normal one clomid and or nolva. Maybe grab some arimadex to have on hand too just in case

Clomid or nolvadex as mentioned before is fine. If you have hcg, you can use that to bring your system up to normal fast also, but wait till about 2 weeks from your last injection. 500iu EOD, or up to 750iu EOD is fine unless you actually need like 1,000iu every other day except weekends, because each person responds differently. But using the minimal effective dosage is key to avoid sides as well as rendering it healthier and more cost effective. Good luck man!

Standard clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks should be good buddy! I would worry more about having cabergolin on deck before you start than anything. This way you can mitigate prolactin if it`s arises since you`ve asked about pct and taking trenE. Good luck friend! and dont forget to vote.

Recommended PCT after any cycle is Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50. Also u can add HCG in the last weeks of your cycle for best results.

Looking for recommendations on a good lean mass stack. Quality gains that i can keep. Have ran a couple cycles before. I was considering some test e and EQ. Anything more recommended or a suggestion on something else?

Test/Mast or Test/DHB or Test/Primo or test/tren as alternatives to test and EQ. Deca or NPP = mass but it`s definitely watery

I think you are on the right track with the Test and EQ. I have run that stack before with a lot of success. Currently on 400mg TriTest400, 800mg EQ and 250mg deca and am already seeing gains in week two. Probably just the placebo effect as I always “feel” stronger on the gear. But lean gains is a strength of EQ. Anadrol as an oral would be good too because there is less water bloat like with dbol although an oral is optional in my opinion.

Test and npp is my favorite. Youll have water retention but not as bad as nandrolone decanoate. Maybe add oral winstrol to keep the bloat/ water retention down

Every kind of AAS cycle will give you gains. That`s what they are designed to do, boost your hormones to build muscle. Whether you keep that muscle is completely on you and your training and diet. You need to keep you diet the same going into PCT and lift with the same intensity. Fight as hard as you can for your lifts not to decrease in weight or reps. It will ultimately happen a little bit but shouldn`t be much.

Qualiy gains are made over time. Test and Eq are a good combo. Make sure you front load the eq to make it kick in much earlier. Its going to take 1-2 years but the gains will be worth it

I always read you should not take an anti e when on tren because it can make progestrogen issues worse that it should always be cab or cab related products

you can take caber . 5 2times a week. i throw arimidex when needed. everyone is different.

Caber is good to take I haven`t and the dose is as stated above. Arimidex is also good to have on hand.

It’s not that you can’t take an anti-E while taking Tren, it’s that Nolvadex in particular has been suggested will up-regulate the progesterone receptor and that’s cause gyno issues. However within this stack you have Arimidex so there will not be any estrogen building up to begin with. But just know Clomid can be used on any cycle, Nolva you gotta watch out for. Also to keep prolactin issues at bay anytime you use Deca or Tren it’s good to take . 25 – . 5 mg twice a week on a Sunday and Wednesday schedule etc.

I completely agree with T-dog. It`s important to understand that the term “anti-estrogen” applies to several compounds and ancillaries, most of which have different mechanisms of action that suppress the effects of estrogen in the body. In general, every AAS cycle should include an anti-estrogen of some kind in order to keep estrogen levels within normal ranges, namely an AI (aromatase inhibitor). While AI`s are normally extremely beneficial on cycle, they can be even more so on a cycle of progestin-based compounds as estrogen has a positive effect on prolactin, making lowering estrogen crucial in mitigating the negative side effects of compounds like nandrolone or tren. Cabergoline is important to take during a progestin-based cycle as well, as it lowers prolactin. So my advice would be to take both an AI (like the anastrozole in this stack) AND caber. This combo will help reduce the negative side effects that tren can produce.

You still need AI, more usually. The progesterone interaction with estrogen on tren is the route to gyno so both hormones need to be kept in check. Whatever ai you need to cover your test, plus a bit to cover the extra androgens. Also include caber at about . 25mg every three or four days if your under 400mg or so a week.

Clomid or Nolvadex works well both for ptc and you can add either of those drugs while on cycle.

Yes this doesn’t come with pct so you should start as soon as you come off. You can add mast but primo in this cycle won’t do much, you will also need caber for this cycle to combat any prolactin issues from tren.
