How come when I order this brand, I’m sent the generic instead? And then when I put in a complaint, I’m told “it’s the same stuff”then why even have this as an option?

There might be miscommunication or you can directly tell them you wanted the name brand instead. It`s not ever happened to me before, so that`s my suggestion.

Sometimes when they run out of something they will send you something different generic if it`s the same exact product I`m curious which one they sent you and if it was a big price difference if it was I`m sure they will and add extra money back to your account.

I`ve been with Naps a long time and i know if it`s sold on the site it`s legit, and it might just be a popular pharma and product and rather than make you wait, you`ve received what it is they sent you. Also if there is a price drop then I`m also sure they will compensate you on your next order. What was the product and pharma??

Because they probably didn`t have anymore in stock. I wouldn`t worry there are all legit stuff

Have you had the stuff your ordering or have you only had the stuff they`ve sent you? Is their anything to compare it to? More than likely they are out of what you are ordering so they are sending you something comparable. If it`s a money issue let them know.

There`s a few things they mix interchangeably because it`s the same stuff. If you think these products are really from brand pharmacies your mistaken!
