What are good methods of maintaining your thinning hair as well as regrowing it while on and off cycle? Oral finestaride vs topical finestaride, minoxidil, or the new research chemical called RU-something?

Hello Brian; these are great questions. Here`s the deal. If one has the gene, Make pattern balding is a result of DHT. There are DHT receptors on our scalp and the oral medications that you spoke about block DHT. And DHT has a variety of vital functions in a man. And therefore, you will find that most men who use AAS, stay away from DHT blockers such as finesteride. I cannot comment on the effectiveness, personally, of the topical finestaride and minoxidil, however I have done much research on this subject and found that researchers who tried oral as well as topical finestarde and minoxidil concluded that none of it compares to the effectiveness of RU-58841. I have personally been using RU for 2 months. I am 3 months into cycle and my hair was falling out by the handfull when I would shower. After 2 months, my hair is fuller, and it has regrown in places where it had previously fallen out, the widows peak areas especially. The brand I am using is Anageninc. For a fuller comprehensive comparisons to the oral and topical agents you`ve discussed compared to RU, check out more plates more dates. On his site he has a nice over view of both lined up side by side. Best wishes. I hope this helps.

When my temples began thinning on cycle I immediately asked my doctor for a script of 5mg oral finasteride. I also use 1% nizoral shampoo. I cut my fin in half and only use 2.5mg a day. My hair stopped thinning and it stopped the recession in its tracks. I have tried rogaine and it did absolutely nothing for me. I caught my hair thinning early before it went beyond a norwood 2, it may not regrow your lost hair but it will stop it from receding any further.

Sadly, lots of guys with this problem sux. I agree with edgar, but i really believe that you are fighting a losing battle. If you have that gene, unfortunately you are going to lose your hair regardless. As Edgar said I`m not sure why more people dont at least begin with 1% nizoral (ketoconazole) at the very least, you can order online or go to walmart and begin today. It has been conclusively shown to block DHT conversion at the hair follicle which is likely your problem, plus cheap and smells good. How ell it works or doesnt work is entirely up to the individual but you have to wash your hair anyhow. I like the advice the others gave on the 5 alpha reductase inhibitors and cannot add much to what they said (finesteride, duesteride) but they do have sides so be warned. finally if you use cycles incorporating deca that might help -read a study that begins with “beyond testosterone cypionat…” for more info on deca and hair loss, or lack there of. I`m not sure why so many people slammed recovery project for his answer, seems like good advice from his experience but i`ve never used it so i guess i should shut up and just stay out of it. good luck i hope this helps

You need dht blockers. Finasteride is the most popular compound people using and it takes at least 6 months to regenerate hair growth. Finasteride and Latanoprost are know to do wonders for hair regeneration. You can pick up some Finasteride here on naps but I don`t think Latanoprost is available.

I`m lucky enough to not have male pattern baldness still at 50, but when I take highly androgenic compounds I will thin out unless I take additional measures to stop this. Finastiride is the best to take as a precautionary measure, but it isn`t as easy as controlling DHT to stop hairloss. Even with this hormone in a good range, androgens will still cause a higher hairloss rate regardless. So first yes keep your DHT in balance with finas (don`t take it while on Deca) 2.5 mgs daily, secondly use a topical to kill off any additional androgens directly on your scalp. I`ve crushed finasteride and added to Serioxyl or another type of topical, but as mentioned above Nizoral used every other day works well. I went as far as getting a hair shampooing massaging brush to stimulate/massage the scalp when applying the topical and let it sit in as long as possible. Third if you aren`t using it, start taking biotin to ensure you are getting all the hair growing support that you can. Lastly, pick cycles and compounds that aren`t harsh on the hairline. Deca and NPP is really good on having the least impact on thinning hair. Tren, mast and other high with androgens are really bad so plan accordingly. Good luck

Hey guys I have taken test, trenbolone, etc all in the past. It wasn`t until my first Test, Trenbolone and Anavar cycle that I started to notice big cystic acne mostly on my arms and shoulders. On top of washing and using over-the-counter acne products I also took my AIs and proper PCT protocol as I was supposed to which didn`t help. I have heard taking a DHT blocker like propecia can help with this much similar to the way 5 alpha reductase inhibitors can also block the DHT conversion in women with PCOS. My question is has anyone else tried Propecia or Avodart while on a DHT compound like Tren? It seems counterproductive to me that you would be taking a DHT blocker while on a DHT drug but maybe I just don`t know the pharmacokinetics that well. Any help would be appreciated.

Every person reacts differently. I`ve done em all and no sides to speak of barring temper etc but controllable, no acne however etc. I highly suggest you see a dermatologist because it`ll take the guesswork out and you`ll have clearer skin. My advice, but i suggest it because other stuff may not work.

Sound like you may benefit from changing the Test you are taking or splitting the dose up to more frequent ya dosing. I use Test C and I inject twice a week. If I inject it all 1x a week, I notice I start breaking out with backne something terrible. Also have your estrogen checked by taking blood Test. It could be a few reasons so hard to pin point. Also try some Finasteride

I take doxycycline prescription but if you can`t get that, then try accutane that you can get on Naps.

Tren is a nandrolone based drug, not DHT. It is very androgenic which will cause your skin to be oily. Oily skin traps dirt in pores and causes the cystic acne. Take a low dose of Accutane around 10mg/day and it will cut down the amount of oil your skin produces.

I would say the only thing that works is using a lower dosage. 10 or so years ago I got it really bad and I determined it was from unstable levels of tren and test together was young and didnt really know what I was doing. It took 9 months to clear up and still have scars. Now if I ever use tren I use a small dosage and try to keep levels as stable as possiable with low dosage of test also. It`s just some people get it some people dont. All other compounds I can use bo problem
