I`m 56 years old and currently on testosterone replacement therapy through my doctor using cypionate at 250mg every 2 weeks. I`ve always had some fat/fluid on the underside of my chest and around the nipple area and wonder if this is gynecomastia. My understanding is there should be at least a 7:1 test/estrogen ratio. Would Tamoxifen be used in conjunction with the test long term? Would it improve my probable gyno? What dose?Thank you in advance.

At 250mg every 2 weeks you get a huge spike in testosterone and estrogen the estrogen takes longer to subside then testosteron. A couple of things you can do is take armidex. .5mg day of injection and 3 days later. Or the best thing is to instead of every 2 weeks do 125mg every week. This is the best option as cypionate has a half life of app 11 days. By 2 weeks you levels are very low and when you get your shot takes 3 more day s to reach peak for that dose. If you could even split that to 75mg twice a weeks it would be perfect. But once a week for now will help tremendously across the board. Most inject twice a week for the most stable levels.

Man, you need to look into a better doc. 250 every two weeks creates long downtime between injections… I`m on TRT, 200mg per week, split into 100mg injected every 3.5 days. My bloods are very stable this way. Also your doc should cover something like Adex for potential estrogen sides. If not, I recommend aromidex. 1/2 tab every 4-5 days. Check you blood levels tho and make sure you don`t drop it too low

Tamoxifien doesnt reduce the estrogen in your body just prevent it on acting on certain receptors like nipples, u should take Arimidex maybe 2 times per week, this will keep u safe from the estrogen sides, but now that u have signs of gyno u should take Letrozole, i think u should take 2.5mg/day until gyno will go away, then use Arimidex 0.5mg 2 times per week. U say that your doctor put u on this therapy, so he dont know that u will develop gyno if u dont take something to block the estrogen??? ask him.

I blast n cruise so the cruise is my trt… but I would seriously look into splitting your weekly dose so it is taken evenly throughout the week.. this is a big part and can help with such sides by keeping levels much more stable… you`re just going up and way down by the time of your next injection… and on another note, if your gyno is somewhat natural as well, there really isn`t any getting rid of that unless you put in some exercise or plastic surgery… unless you are saying it has only come on from trt which at this low dose would be very odd.. so if you`ve had natural gyno there for years, I would start doing what you can to get some muscle behind there to help get rid of chest fat… tamoxifen will not get rid of what has already been there.. it can help in prevention to a point but not the best or strongest choice..

How do i do a successful pct? what do i need? i am going to be on 500 test a week with (8-10 week cycle) and i’m going to just be on oral winstrol 50 mg a day for 5 weeks and oral anavar 10-40 mg a day for the last 5 weeks on week 5 oral clen dosing up from 25mcg

What you can do is take Nolvadex at 20/20/10/20 which is a PCT recommend by IFBB Pro Greg Doucette. It’s 21 pills total. Of short Esther start from 1-2 days, and long esthers around 2 weeks after your lost shot.

Try not doing two orals back to back. But anavar is mild, however still be cautious. Always use testosterone as a base on any cycle. Some recover fast, some slow, i don`t advocate it but I`ve never ran pct and in my case feel nothing negative. Use clomid and nolvadex for pct…that`s the easiest route.

You can use Clomid and or nolvadex clomid 50 to 100 mgs week 1 and 2 25mgs to 50 mgs week 3 and 4 Nolvadex 40 mgs weeks 1 and 2 20 mgs week 3 and 4 You can combined the two if it`s a heavier cycle

You sound like you are new to gear world. If you are indeed, stay away from all orals for now, just focus on the 500 mg/week testosterone (e or cyp) for 12 weeks. Nolvadex is all you`ll need for PCT, at the following (6 weeks) dosages: 40/40/20/20/20/20. Good luck.

Hey bud. To run a pct you must have the minimum Novadex and Clomid. If you want you can throw in some HCG to bring your testies back to normal faster. The nova and clomid is usually started 2 weeks after your last injection. The hcg can be done while on cycle. Good luck bud.

No. Extend your testE cycle for at least 4 mire weeks. TestE takes 4-5 to kick in. By week 8 you will see meaningful gain. Then add 30mg of var in the morning and 30mg in the evening. This is 60mg a day. Do this with testE on week 9 to week 16. At week 12, you will see your body lean out while increase in strength with var. save winny for another cycle. For pct, at week 18 which is 2 weeks after last pin Take Nolva at 40/40/20/20 AND Clomid 100/100/50/50 for week 18 thru week 22.

Estrogen controll pills are worth a damn and might help me lower estro?just little raw nips so Looking to start asap as im waiting a nap order that may take weeks. Obviously I know nothing is like the real deal but is any of the pct ,ai stuff these places sell worth a damn .

No supplement that`s sold at a supplement retailer is strong enough to have any benefit when you`re on AAS. You need an AI like Aromasin or Arimidex. The supplements that advertise estrogen control are made from natural ingredients. They will have no effect when you`re running AAS.

Hey bud. They say honey has anti-Estrogen properties. I haven`t tried it myself but im sure you will have to eat lots of it. Google it foe more information and good luck.

Unfortunately not man. I have tried a couple of them when I first started out and wasn’t smart enough to order everything I needed before starting my cycle and nothing was doing the trick. They’re all bullshit and unfortunately your gonna have to wait for your arimidex to come in from naps
