Yes it is fine to use them with one another if you are really having issues with gyno. You should probably try doubling the nolva and or arimidex dose before adding in letrozole though.

Yes, there isn`t any issue with combining the both but I would suggest Arimidex or Aromasin.

Evan Johnson gave some solid advice… Letro is the equivalent of “going nuclear”, and you run the risk of crashing your estrogen as it is EXTREMELY potent and difficult to zero in a dosage. Try doubling your existing AI dosage (I`m assuming you were using aromasin or arimidex) WITH nolvadex at 20mg per day, and see if this resolves the issue. If not, you can escalate to Letro.

In my experience I have not had much trouble. I would recommend arimidex over letro any day for any reason.

Take letro alone. Most potent AI and can completely shut down estrogen, when the gyno lump isn`t fully developed lack of estrogen can reverse it. If you give it time and fully develops the only way is going to be surgery. Keep in mind when you shut your estrogen with something as potent as Letro your joints are going to be dry. Make sure you are not exercising hard or lifting heavy as estrogen is very important for your joints and tendons.

Nolva clogs the receptors while Letro nips it in the but form the start. You can take both, I don`t see any problem with that.

Does Letrozole inhibit IGF-1 in the same way nolvadex does?

A 3 month study in post menopausal women actually showed the opposite, a significant increase in IGF-1. It has also been shown to increase growth potential in pubertal boys with GH deficiency.

Yeah, the letro won`t DRIECTLY lower igf-1. However, estrogen is critical in the production of igf-1 in the body, so if you take too much let, and lower estrogen too much, you will lower ifg-1 (among other anabolic pathways). Estrogen is good in the right dose. Check your bloods and keep it at the top or just above the normal range.

You have good estrogen and bad estrogen. When you completely shut down estrogen you can will shut down good estrogen too which is needed for joints, muscle building and igf levels and etc. .. .

No it wont unless you take too much and crash your estrogen. Be careful when using this stuff as there is no wiggle room for over doing it. If on a light cycle use another form of AI or none at all if not prone to high conversion.

Letro won`t directly lower IGF-1. You want to have a good ratio of test to estrogen in your body for joint and muscle functionality.

Letro wont lower your IGF-1 but letro can reduce your estrogen to the point where IGF-1 suffers if you take too much so use a moderate dose and get your blood checked to make sure youre in the healthy range.

Will this product do a better job of getting rid of early stages of gyno than nolvadex? If so can this be taken during a cycle? What is the proper dosage for gyno treatment?

Letrozole is a very strong aromatase inhibitor, it works differently than nolvadex. While nolvadex blocks estrogen from binding with certain receptors, letrozole prevents testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen. For this reason, letrozole works extremely well for gyno. Letrozole is commonly used to control estrogen while on cycle. The Half-Life is 2-4 days, so a common dose is 1.25mg every other day. Some people may require higher or lower doses to maintain a proper estrogen level. Some estrogen is essential for general health and gains.

Yes this will do a good job at killing gyno because it almost eliminates the estrogen in your body while nolva being a serm only attacks estrogen at the receptors and doesn’t actually lower your estrogen. That being said it is best to use this with no aromatizing compunds in your system ie. Test/dbol/eq/deca to fully take advantage of the estrogen dropping capabilities. It could be taken during cycle but like I said having test or other aromatizing compounds in your system will be counteracting the Femara for killing gyno. To use this for killing gyno you should take 1 full pill a day for 2 weeks then drop to half a day for 2 more weeks then after because femara can cause an estrogen rebound you should take a lower strength ai alike arimidex at .5mg a day for 2 weeks. If that doesn’t kill the gyno the only way to get rid of it is gland removal by surgery.
