You`re just going to need to eat a lot because not only will T3 break down fat, but also muscle…..it can be catabolic. Only use if a strict diet and intense exercise isn`t as productive as you want. Also get blood work while on T3. Read thoroughly about dosing as well before starting. Cheers

If you didn’t like clen because of the impact on your heart you should stay away from this T3. It messes with your thyroid function. If you’re looking to cut you should focus on your diet and run a cutting stack instead. Try test with eq and/ or Masteron. Add some winstrol too. Hope that helps. T3 is catabolic but that is why you only take it while on steroids. I like t3 and use it each year to lean out for competitions. Start at 25 mcg and every couple weeks you can add 12.5 mcg if you need to. Max dose is 100 mcg. You can`t just stop t3 cold turkey. You have to decrease the dose slowly. Dropping 12.5 mcg a week until back to your starting dose then getting off completely.

I agree with some of the others, i made the mistake of using it in college now i have to take every day. perhaps that would have occurred either way but no family history or disease state that would point to this happening, i guess i`ll never know. But i`m no one`s mother the only thing that i would add is that certain vitamins and minerals interfere with absorption of thyroid hormones. If you take a mutivitamin or tums (antiacids) take it a few hours before or after T3. good luck

Looking to try T3 for the first time. I know everyone says go slow at 25mcg/day. My question is, would this be split into 2 doses?Am? Pm? Preworkout? Etc. also cycle length? Any info or advance is appreciated. Thank you in advance

One dose. T3 should be taken around the same time every single day for the duration of you taking it. Ideally first thing when you wake up in the morning. It can cause hot flashes, sweaty palms, and night sweats. At least for me it did. Not so much night sweats, but I would get really hot when trying to sleep. Taking it first thing in the morning seemed to help for me. But everybody is different. Test it out and see what works/doesn`t work for you. Also make sure to check your blood pressure daily. You can go into hypertensive crisis with T3, regardless of the dose administered. Don`t forget to vote if you found this answer helpful!

The half life is like 24 hours or more you dont have to split it. Your body naturally produces approx. 30mcg per day so if you start off at 25 your back tracking. Start at 50 and you could keep it that the whole time. Some will go higher but your better off just lowering calories a little or add 15 extra minutes to cardio.

I personally will work up to 100 mcg a day. I start at 25 mcg once a day then add 12.5 mcg every couple of weeks. When I use over 25 mg I start splitting it into 2 doses as per Dave palumbo`s advice. You will need to taper off also slowly.

T3 should be taken at the same time every single day. Preferably, upon awakening due to some of the known side effects. Personally, I take mine with my HGH injection sometime between 530AM and 8AM. Always take T3 on an empty stomach and consume nothing for about 3-45 minutes. For best absorption into your bloodstream, levothyroxine should be taken on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before breakfast, or three or more hours after dinner. Taking it with or too soon before or after a meal or snack could reduce absorption to 64%, from a high of 80% when you’re fasting, according to the American Thyroid Association (ATA).3 Just changing your timing could bring your thyroid levels back into a normal range.

Your body produces approximately 25mcg of t3 daily, so if you use 25mcg you`ll get no results and temporarily shut your own production down. You must start at 50mcg daily to see results and go slow never to exceed 100mcg daily. You must be on steroids or at least testosterone which is a base and needed on cycle regardless in order to use t3 without t3 burning off your muscle. T3 burns fat and muscle. So testosterone 9r other roids offset t3 eating up your muscle and safeguard them while you lose only fat.

This can certainly speed up metabolism, however the long term effects may not be worth it. Yes you can run it daily, but would not advise without at least getting labs done first, during, (tsh panel) and after to make sure thyroid levels are in check. If you have any kind of family history of thyroid problems it may not be a good idea. Maybe consider clen, running a calorie deficit, some tren, test and winny. Best of luck mate.

Alright guys, I`ve got a pack of this GP T3 on the shelf and I`m wondering if I should mess with it. I`m cycling 500mg test weekly and 50mg tren-a daily. I`m eating like a horse and up about 12 pounds of muscle so far the first month of the cycle. I am wondering if I should try a short cycle of this as well, maybe 21 days. 4 days 25mcg 14 days 50msc, 3 days 25mcg just to see if it REALLY leans me out. I`m doing well with the tren and a little worried about thyroid hormones… My levels are generally just fine. Anyone with experience in a short t3 cycle on tren-a? worth it? or just stick to the tren. After all, I am leaning out while packing on lean muscle as it is. tempted to try it but don`t want to ruin a good thing.

I highly advise against it. I fucked with thyroid meds in college, not even that extensively and ten years later i now am required to take them routine lab came back very low. Now, is it for sure from that– who the fuck knows. no one else in my family has this. Perhaps i would have developed it anyhow. Thing is i now take them every day and i am not any leaner then i was 2 years ago when i started, i never found that they worked that well to begin with not worth the risk IMO. Better yet get some growth, that absolutely works and for me burns that stubborn fat in lower belly region and small love handles. I am fairly lean but after 4-5months of 6iu of growth it is hard for me to even find enough fat to pinch. I eat clean but by no means do i ever diet. I have never seen anything like it. much safer and much more effective then taking chance with T3, i feel the same way about insulin too risky. but good luck with whatever you decide

Personally with tren I don`t want to take chances with high prolactin because it can cause all sorts of problems, so it`s better to be proactive then reactive. Is it necessary? Not to everyone but I personally run it every time and it also depends on what you consider a “low dose” cause anything over 200mg a week isn`t a low dose and will need caber, adex it all depends on your estrodial levels of your not prone to high conversion then good for you but I don`t like to have any high sex hormones other than high testosterone

I`m sick of this but i don`t blame you. Not everyone gets side effects! I`ve used 1,000mg tren ace per week plus 1,500 test per week and npp etc man. I`ve not once used an ai in my life and never touched a bottle of caber. Zero gyno or whatever! Every person reacts differently. Use it only if you need it, don`t use it if you don`t have sides, so simple. You might get sides, you might not.

T3 is a thyroid hormone. It increases your BMR and will make you lose weight everywhere. If not used with an anabolic agent you will lose muscle while using it. Dose it low, 25 micro grams a day is an effective dose for beginners. Duration of use should be short, 4 weeks or so until you really have a handle on the compound and maybe you can push it out a little further.

This product is for people who don’t produce enough thyroid hormone also called hypothyroidism. It will increase your metabolism as stated, BMR is basal metabolic rate. This should e taken with extreme caution as it can cause your thyroid o stop producing naturally and low thyroid hormones have many bad side effect like depression and bad weight gain. I am sure you don’t want that to lose a few pounds. I would use this as an absolute last resort and for not very long. This is a very important hormone and system that you don’t want messed up.

It is synthetic thyroid hormone which is a key player in your metabolic rate and metabolism of food. That’s being said, if you don’t change your diet/cardio regimen to suit bodyfat loss, you’re going to be in for a big disappointment because T3 as well as any cutting agent will not just give you results without your diet training and cardio being consistent.

T3 isnt that great in my opinion and unless you are competing. Diet and cardio should be your staple for several months or longer to get rid of excessive fat–it works better than any drug. Id say the most underrated supplement if you do choose to go that route is Cardarine–its amazing for burning fat. Also consider over the counter fat burners.

anon5_uk User profile Expert
Answered: May 12, 2019
When using T3, you’re recreating the effect of an overactive thyroid. This will inevitably increase your serum levels, increase your metabolism and increase your body temperature. Since T3 reaches almost every cell and tissue in the body, that means it`s affecting everything. Your body is in an unnatural state and overly active. So if there`s a lot of energy for burning, it will utilize both fat and muscle. So yes, you will burn muscle while on T3 because it`s not very picky as far as what it burns. This is the case naturally with folks who have hyperthyroidism. To stave off muscle waste from T3, anti-catabolic properties of clenbuterol won’t suffice, anabolic steroids will work though (testosterone dose 250-350 mg). T3 should never be used without a muscle-saving-dose of steroids. Steroids are far more powerful at building, than T3 is at wasting. T3 can be used in both cutting cycles as well as bulking cycles (to minimize the chance of gaining fat).

Supplementing T3 can suppress endogenous production, that`s why this would be run in a cycle. The thyroid will downregulate while on cycle, and recover to normal levels after a cycle. Keeping the cycle to a reasonable length with a brief taper will ensure a rapid recovery.

I would recommend getting your T3 levels tested beforehand to get your “normal” T3 levels, also as a reference if yu have concerns with your thyroid functions. My personal experience using T3 has been positive- using a concervative/ moderate 3week/ 21 day cycle. First 4 days take 50 mg ed,14 days at 100mg and back to 50mg ed the last 3-4 days. This moderate approach allows shorter gaps between T3 cycles. Again from personal experience I would run 2 or 3 cycles of T3 with minimum of 60 days between cycles. Hope that helps
