So, here`s a silly little question that I honestly can`t find an answer for. How soon after I start my cycle should I start Letro? My next cycle is a Test C/Tren E/ Dbol cycle, and I`m literally getting 2 or 3 answers from friends/gym partners. It`s something I never thought about before, and I`m probably just overthinking it.

It should be started immediately, dbol is a very fast acting and aromatizing steroid that will cause estrogen imbalance and side effects very rapidly If not controlled, the great thing about letro is it’s only needed every other day due to its long half life. I take 1.25 mg eod and my estrogen is always under control

Dude, it depends how prone are you to the estrogen and how high doses you are using. I usually do 12 weeks cycle roughly 500mg week test plus tren and masteron with anadrol. I dont use anti estrogens at all. Even cycle test deca dbol. Do you take advil before you go out just because you are guessing you will get drunk and get a headache? No you dont. You wait until you get a headache then you start taking advil. Simple as that. Its the same with anti estogen.

Most people recommend dosing at about 2-3 weeks into the cycle but I recommend waiting until some symptoms of high estradiol show up before taking anything. Letro is a strong AI. I would use arimidex instead.

If I`m running 1cc of T weekly (2,500/10ml) – and 250IU every 4 days of HCG. Would one 2. 5mg tablet a week work for this stuff or should I break it up as suggested in the previous Q&A? From what i understand you are taking 250 mgs of test a week along with running HCG. It`s very doubtful that you need any AI much less the extremely strong letro. Yes some get estrogen sides at very low doses but most dont I`d say. High estrogen effects could include watery and bloat, nipple sensitivity and some get more emotional. Best thing is reorder the Anastrozole (Arimidex) and dont take any letro unless absolutely necessary and the lowest lowest dose possible. European orders will get to the states quicker. Also not ideal but there are on-cycle products from Amazon that have all natural ingredients that can help with estrogen control. it`s no where close to getting arimidex or aromasen but for light cycles it works just fine. Species nutrition sells a testolyze that controls estrogen and DHT at small levels also–it`s expensive but will be on your doorstep in a couple of days. good luck

Quarter of a tablet every 2-3 days is more than enough. Your cycle will go horribly with crashed estrogen from letro.

Your previous doctor prescribed 1mg of anastrozole per DAY? Or per week? In any case, the dosages you are running are WAY too high. If you are only taking 250mg of test per week, that is a TRT dosage and shouldn`t need an AI. Letro is very easy to overdose, so start LOW and adjust upwards only if you show signs of high estrogen or gyno. I would say half a pill every 3 days, no more.

letro is a very powerful AI. I usually take 1. 25mcg(half tablet) twice a week and if I see signs of bloating I gradually increase the dosage. You need to keep estrogen at healthy levels, body needs it for joint, tissue and muscle building and etc. ..

You can`t take letro with anastrozole. Letro alone will shut estrogen down completely, low estrogen will lead to joint pain and depression to name a few. Some people don`t even take AI at 250mg test a week , maximum 2. 5mcg a week

Take 0. 25mg every few days on arimidex. If that’s not enough increase it to a half every 3-4 days. If you are like me and it doesn’t work for you switch to letro half a pill once and see if that settles down your symptoms. If not you can take the other half a few days later. But I only take Letro and aromasin in small doses as needed. Getting too low estrogen feels equally as bad as too high for me. 1mg a week of arimidex is pretty high, much less a day!

How would I dose this product through out my cycle? currently running test cyp for a 12 week cycle at 500mg a week. These tablets are 2.5mg but can be split in two. Get a pill cutter and split dose into fourths, and run eod the half life of letro is 2-4 days depending on your body, study’s have shown at even .25 mg of letro can cut estrodial levels by 88-90% taking once weekly could lead to the test aromatizing the days letro isn’t in your system, and while the test cycle your taking does aromatize, you could control with nolva or another ai like anastrolzol

Hey Gyno, the only way to get rid of gyno is surgery. You can try raloxifene which will be the best if gyno isn`t permanent but I tried it and it doesn`t work for me. I`ve tried everything actually, I have gyno from puberty and am getting surgery. Thanks for the question

Can someone please tell me the best way to reverse gyno that just recently popped up? I`m 8 weeks in to a cycle of test e 500/wk eq 750 week. Started taking .5 mg arimadex EOD since the beginning. About 4 weeks in I noticed some gyno in my left nipple starting to act up. I had 30 20mg nolvadex on hand so I started taking 1 a day, along with the arimadex. The mass is still giving me issues and still getting bigger. If I don`t do something asap Im going to just stop my cycle. I will be getting bloods done soon bit in the meantime what do you recommend to try and reverse it?

You better get than under arrest immediately, if left untreated it can be unreversable, and gyno surgery costs 8-10k. Personally, I would stop the cycle, begin a PCT, and contact a doctor on an emergency basis. But if you insist on pressing on, decrease your dosages, increase your AI slightly, and continue the nolvadex on a daily basis. Do you have a lot of cycle experience? If so, I`m surprised you haven`t experienced estrogen symptoms before. If not, why are you taking over a gram of gear without adequate experience?

Heynow provided some good advice, Letrozole is the “nuclear” solution to high estrogen. For most people its considered too strong and therefore difficult to dose, but in cases like your it can be very helpful to eradicate runaway e2 / gyno.

Switch to letro or up your arimidex dose. Take 40mg of nolva and 1 pill a day or eod letro. You shouldn`t be working out during this time, because estrogen is needed for joints health and you are going to be damaging them during workout. If Nolva and letro don`t work then breast tissue has developed and surgery is the only option.

I would 1.25 half a pill every third day. If side dont go away, go with EOD. You dont want to crash your estrogen. Hard to say when we dont know what your running. May not even need it and just keep it on hand.

Unless you`re prescribed it from your doctor or you`re in the last month of a competition prep, you should not be taking Letro. It`s very strong and even dosed at 2 pills a week, you can crash your estrogen which will make you feel like total crap and will hinder your results.

Everybody is different. I take 2.5mg once week while on 500mg test e a week. You have to start with one pill off the sides continued slowly increase the dose. You can also get a blood work done to check you estrogen level

I only use Letro to get estrogen in range when it`s high. I take a quarter or half of a pill to bring it down. You could do this twice a week. I wouldn`t recommend taking regularly because it`s the strongest ai out there. Good luck man

Not sure why you want the mgs that small but your going to have to find a way to split it into 5 pieces which is going to be hard to get them even. Why not just split the pill in half and break those halfs in half so you have 4 pieces so youd have 0.625 mg per piece.

Go to the dollar store or walmart or walgreens and buy yourself a pill splitter for a couple dollars.. Now all depending the shape of the pill there should be a line down the middle of it.. at least with GP products thats what I`ve seen.. Now with this exact product your not goint to get 0.5 cause its a 2.5 mg pill sooo do the math.. split in 2 you get 1.25 per piece if you take one of those pieces and split again you will get about 0.6 mg.. If its a triangler pill I know it can be a pain in the butt (no pun intended LOL) but it can be done.. Once you split it into 2 pieces, grab a razor and eyeball the one piece and split again using your best judgement… And you should be good to go.. Good Luck

There are pill splitters you can get at your local Walgreens/pharmacy/online. You can also use scissors and get pretty accurate. This is what some Nurses do to cut pills in half (get it? Cut them in half).

Surgery unfortunately man. Letro (or any product (even Caber)) does not get rid of gyno. Speaking from personal experience here. HOWEVER, if this helps Letro is the ONLY AI that works for me and I`m prolactin prone just running 300mg of test.. I did a lot of tissure manipulation and purchased an Estrogen Cream from my doctor which did drastically reduce the softer tissue of the gyno, but it took 4 – 5 months of me keeping up with it daily. Keep in mind, this will not get rid of hardened breast tissue. Hope it helps

Hey what`s up. A friend of mines took 2.5mg every 4 days to help. But remember that it depends how far has your problem gone. If you have hard lumps already its best for surgery if not then try it. If you do get surgery ask them if they are going to remove the gland if not then ask if they can thay way you dont run into that problem again in the future. Several friends I knew back in NYC got theres removed. Im not saying your estrogen problems go away but you won`t get that problem in your nips in the future. I would really seek a doctor though as you never know. Good luck bud!

Existing gyno can only be removed through surgery. Your bodyfat levels may make it stand out more or less, but you are stuck with it unless you get surgery. Regarding using Letro as an AI, dosing 1 tab every 3 days is a good protocol for anti-estrogen. Letro is very strong and can shut down estrogen all together if you dose too close together, so be careful. Shutting down estrogen will limit gains and cause you to feel like shit.

This drug is used to lower (or crash) your estrogen. The high estrogen will inflame your gyno, but lowering it will not remove the new breast tissue. You need to be careful with letro as low estrogen can fuck you up other ways. You mentioned tamox. This blocks estrogen at the breast and this is what you want. I prefer ralox (I have removed substantial amounts of gyno tissue on myself and clients by running ralox for long periods). By shutting off the estrogen the tissue sometimes dies. Here`s what you want to do. Tamox at 40mg daily for about 2 weeks along with 1.25mg letro every 4 days or so.Drop both doses in half and run another two weeks Another week or two of just 10mg tamox. Get bloods to confirm that estrogen is in proper range. Then don`t fuck up again next cycle Know that tamox and letro have some pretty nasty sides even at these doses. Expect some acne.

Since it’s so fresh there’s a chance letro can reverse it to an extent, I’d start taking 2.5mg a day for 7 days then drop to 1.25mg for 7 days then dropping to 1.25 mg every 3 days. Doing this will crash your estrogen but that’s the idea of it getting rid of gyno since this is a drug used to fight off metastatic breast cancer. If this protocol doesn’t work the only option you will have is surgery to have the mammary gland removed then rendering gyno impossible.

My little brother had to get gyno surgery and it wasn’t a huge deal but it was surgery so Letro is worth a shot. Likely if it has been a month the tissue will remain but you can shrink it hopefully if you are still creating too much estrogen. You may want to get blood work done and next time try Aromasin and use that and Caber during and after your Trenbolone and testosterone. Wish you all the best.

This is an AI. You need a SERM. Use this from Napsgear instead: /ancillaries-cycle-support-c867/evista-raloxifene-60-mg-p13615 . While tamoxifen can also be used for gynecomastia reduction (20-40 mg/day for a few months), raloxifene is more efficient at it at 60 mg/day for also a few months. If you want, you can go up to 120 mg/day.

Wait, tren increase prolactin. Letro fights estrogen. Dont take anti estrogen if you dont have high estrogen. Caber fights prolactin. Those are 2 different things. Start from the beginning and see what kind of problem you got then start using what you need. Only deca and tren raise prolactin.

Use aromasin at 12.5 mg ed or eod along with raloxifene at 30-60 mg for about 1 month. If you`re seeing progress then continue for a couple more months. Letro is too strong. If this combo doesn`t work then you`ll need surgery.

Yes it real. Although for existing gyno, I would recommend raloxifene that Naps also carrier. Raloxifene is the golden standard for existing gyno (that is less than 2 years old).
