Hello, Everyone. How would someone take this on a Superdrol 4 week cycle? I know it all depends on the individual and other factors but I`m looking for 1 a day or how many mg per day or does this works per week? In the past I always did it the natural way with teas and herbs and using Milk Thristle which I heard and been reading that MT really doesn`t do anything. Thank you so much in advanced 🙂

This item Is to lower your cholesterol. You don’t really need this item unless you have cholesterol issues already. The Milkthisel will be plenty to protect your liver.

20mg seems to be the sweet spot for you. I would definitely not recommend taking more than 20mg a day . Most superdrol cycles will last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

For both UDCA and TUDCA 500mg per day for support. 1000mg – 1500mg for liver repair.

For liver support take tudca, liv 52 or milk thistle. Do you have high cholesterol? Not sure you need this

What if you`ve had your gallbladder removed ? Is it ok to take this or tudca?

The primary purpose of the gallbladder is bile storage. When the liver makes bile (bile helps the body break down and absorb fats) the gallbladder then stores extra bile left over from what the liver makes and is unused. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) is a bile acid that is found in trace amounts in the body. Therefore these supplemental bile acids known as TUDCA can act as artificial bile salts you no longer have in reserves. TUDCA has been found to protect the brain and improve eye health as well as aid in digestion with those having prior cholecystectomy so should actually be a recommendation.

Mchilds answer was right on the money, in addition to this UDCA is approved in the United States for the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis.

Yes, this is a great supplement for liver support. It is a naturally occurring bile acid that will help to flush the liver.

Both UDCA and TUDCA are very good liver supports and will support you well while cycling with orals.

Many claim Tudca is a superior liver protectant. If you`re low on money try liv52. Milk thistle is purported to be a good liver support supplement as well. The consensus is that Tudca is better, however they all seem to work so it would be hard to tell in the end if you keep your liver healthy which product was better.

While a lot less common that the inexpensive and readily available TUDCA or milk thistle, UDCA does provide liver support and will increase values after continuous use for a month or more.

It will supplement the bile in your gut which will emulsify and break down lipids aka fats. It does not necessarily help your liver but instead performs a function of the liver. It can be used however to treat issues with the gallbladder which is the same system.
